40 minute queue after driving 50 minutes to get here, will have about 45 minutes in the shop before it closes. Check before you drive, definitely not worth this wait to shop for one item

After a few trips it does start feeling a bit same same but still a great choice for basics needed around the house.
Manic on weekends so you better like crowds.

One can easily get lost in there. It is the biggest IKEA store I have ever seen, well the only one i have been to . I felt the prices of items were a bit high but everything there looks like they were top notch quality products. It's a 4 star because it wasn't easy finding my way around and I had little help as well.

One of the best places in Dublin. Amazing store, excellent layout, family place with cafe, toilets, free parking, children playing area, free WiFi. Quality products with reasonable prices, friendly staff. Plenty of deals and offers. Even have free baby food. The showroom is absolutely stunning with some really nice ideas for your house.

Learn the Ikea-fu and your trips will become much more pleasurable. Loads of shortcuts to avoid the full, torturous route laid out in the arrows on the ground which can make the trip, not just worth it, but fun.

It's furniture you put together yourself, kinda like Lego for adults. I personally really like their furniture. Also utensils, carpets, lights, appliances... everything for your house really. Also one of the best value cafe/restaurants in the city, can get bottles of Guinness with a main meal

Good selection of furniture/home, but the set up in IKEA really does not appeal to me, there's never any staff around to ask questions and the way the store is laid out annoys me ,the one way system contributes to a feeling that you're being rushed through and it's quite sterile. Still, can't beat the value and the restaurant is good.

Looong queue outside. Took just over an hour to clear. Inside was quite pleasant. Located what I needed quickly and was able to pay and exit quickly too.

Once home assembly was quick and easy. So no complaints there. I bought the cheapest items I could find but reasonably impressed with the quality.

Great place to visit for quirky ideas and products for the home. Takes a while to get round it so don't be in a hurry if you visit Ikea.. Just be aware that some of the items such as some bathroom hand basins come with European size fittings rather than our standard Irish fittings.

It is understandable that COVID-19 had a deep impact in your operations, but since you are one of the largest retailers in Europe, how is it possible that you don't have a system in place to manage queries through your website. Impossible to contact someone by chat, no landlines available and no answering on social media. You would expect that from a small brand, but not from a brand like IKEA. Start investing more in your customer service and less in cute Ads!

Absolutely love this place you could spend the whole day in here easily. Parking is free, coffee shop on site to drop the men off in free WiFi and the toilets are spotless. You can get loads of ideas up stairs with different room layouts. I got my kitchen from here and the kitchen planners are great and really know there stuff also got a slidrobe and great to be able to see what's on display and customise it to exactly how you want it to look. Even great for picking up Nick Max for around the house
