Great store, plenty of parking! be prepared to spend a lot of time here, great value on a lot of products and staff are always helpful! make sure to grab a hot dog!

Paid for delivery and assembly. Two items were left out so the men assembling the product could not complete the assembly. Had to phone the call centre took time, they would post out missing items but quicker for me to get them and finish the job myself.

My son is 3 and he asks to come here every weekend! He loves it! He even brought an IKEA map to his first day at preschool because it gave him comfort for some strange reason

IKEA spoiled our Xmas holidays. Because of IKEA we will spend Xmas on the floor without the furniture we ordered ! Thank you IKEA.. despite our many calls you didn t want to help us !!!

Fab furniture great little bits to brighten up your home

Great choice of products for every corner of your home.

The location is handy - close to the motorway. The store is well kept and there is rarely a queue at the restaurant. Sometimes the queue for the main checkout is long and parking can be in short supply.

Average quality products, costs a fortune to have even a few small items delivered to your address

You have signs as your walking into the shop that state face covering are to be worn in the shop while people are shopping? Yet your security is letting people into the shop when clearly some people have no masks or covering on their face. Maybe for the safety of your staff and the 95% of customers who had face covering on you should try and start policing these guidelines.

Perfect place for families, huge range of products and great restaurant

It's huge so don't expect to get through it quickly. However, have to say the staff are fantastic. Helped me get my purchase into my car and are so friendly.

Too far from City..but the collection is good.wish they open a center near to City center or near to mid South

It's Ikea , yep they have a massive selection. You just can't get out of this store with their one way system. I'm not sure if they have staff or people who just can't find the way out and have become IKEA.

Excellent selection of products @ very fair prices, food is good & depsite how insanely busy it is - the Staff are always friendly.

It s ikea! Went with my girlfriend, had an argument over which cabinet with an unpronounceable name to buy, then we argued over the curtains and then we are meatballs which were absolutely gorgeous

Large warehouse store for everything under one roof. Clean well maintained and the collection is good. Cafe serves good food and coffee. Self service checkouts help otherwise queues are very long most of the times. Go on weekdays to avoid the crowd. Parking is large and both indoor and outdoor

Great, got all items i was looking for and a few extra as usual, not too busy either was comfortable to get around. Staff quite friendly and approachable.

Ikea is great has everything you would need to deck put any home, but it can be like a cattle market and everyone seems to bring there kids in for a day out.

Friendly staff but forgetful. Waited over 20 minutes for spare parts because one of the workers forgot to pass the request to other on the back.

What is there to say about IKEA that hasn't already been said?

If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Short: Never, ever order from their online for delivery.

Longer: I've spent more than 4 HOURS on the phone with various customer service people today about the delivery of an order. I got three texts about it only to find out that they just didn't deliver, saying we were not in and that they had a pic of our front door, which they say is maroon; it's not, our front door is gray.

I have been in all day, my phone has had signal and, top of that, I have a security camera facing outwards and no one ever arrived or even drove past.

No missed calls. No texts. No voicemails. No attempt to deliver. Just never showed and lied about it.

Each call to customer service included hold times (after getting through to someone) of 20-50 minutes (I seriously wish I was joking, but I'm not). Each with a different story, including one who said ALL items (literally dozens on this order, for more than 1k) were out of stock, which is an obvious lie. He also said he'd refund me delivery, which the next colleague flatly denied.

Ikea can be great if A) you know exactly what you want, and B) you go to the store and collect it yourself (assuming they have it in stock).

Do. Not. Order. From. Them. Online. You'll just be out money, time and not get anything you ordered...

Literally everything you need in 1 gigantic building.

Not really that impressed. Prices are up and quality down. Food is not great either and for a family expensive

Can get very busy at peak times, so prepare to shuffle around and que. I have always found the staff helpful and are well stocked. The restaurant is cheap and tasty with plenty of seating, even when busy. Car park is huge and are located just off the M50 Ballymun exit.

IKEA as shop is ok. but pick up service is a joke. 2 days waiting and dekivery charge!! For what?

Service is too slow. Not enough checkouts opened. Badly managed.

Still a well organized store in spite of everything that's going on. There are still some people who are not wearing masks in store I saw a group of 3 people today who were not wearing masks.

Delivery service is terrible. "deliver between 7 and 7" tough if you've plans for that day. Poor info upon calling, Exploited drivers working 15 16 hours a day on impossible routes and customers left waiting with no information

Far away from the city with public transport far in between, hard to navigate, bad customer service. It lost the sense of novelty a long time ago.
