I went by table or desk and they don't have any models in stock. Only the most expensive. It is difficult to find the exit because there is no signage. There are no employees to ask. It's far. Delivery is expensive.

Be careful, you cannot rely on the stock levels shown on website, twice I have gone to store only to find item out of stock, on the last visit a staff member said it was due to the the computer in UK not being up to speed with current levels in Irish store. Disappointing.

IKEA is always great. You go there to get 1 item of 25 and you end up spending 500. Great help, lovely customer service. This is what myself and my husband experienced 1 day before Christmas.

Who doesn't love Ikea? Whenever I go there I wanna have an apartment to dress up. All the show rooms are amazing! The only down side is that the food court can be so messy that it's off putting to eat and that it's quite a drive to get there. Do I need this funky dish washing brush? Nope. Will I still buy it? Yup.

Emailed them asking if frontline staff where given Priority. Never got back to me. Me and my wife work different hours. But they where quick enough to thank the front line staff. But out look after them.

Huge store just off the M50. This is the place to go if you want to furnish your home without spending a fortune. Full of ideas and easy access to all areas. Watch for busy times as it can get really difficult to get anything achieved in a shout space of time.

Standards are dropping.... (Big time).
I have regularly visited IKEA since it opened.
Big fan of cheep food, and cheep furniture.
I have noticed that half of the staff are working like madman's.... And the other half is just trying to do as little as possible.I am aware that masses of people are going through the premises and that cleaning is a task.. But toilets where disgraceful. I came with 2 kids and navigating through 3 toilets until we find one that was marginally suitable.
Food is not as nice as it was before.
Ques are massive and to find that some of the offers where not avelable.
Then a biggest disappointment came outside. Children pay Ares had a "special" attraction: tea cup ride. And bungy trampoline . 3 cups of of 8 were broken. .
And bungy trampoline was working 1 out of 4. Witch made a queue . IKEA... What were you thinking....?

Very bad service, but still very busy. I don t understand why people still buy from them.
In the first lockdown I ve order from Ikea frames at 5.50 and they charged me 15 for collection. Why would you charge people when they are the ones collecting their items? I find that very wrong. Few days ago I ve order again from them( I don t know why?) click and delivery. A frame at 8 and I was charged 10 for delivery. A delivery that takes 15 days to arrive.15 days:)))) ridiculously.
Fair play to them... they re having lots of customers and don t care. I hope more people will think twice before they order.

Plenty of products, nicely displayed at good prices. Lots of free parking. Covid-19 regulations in place, so expect queues before entering the store. No sit down restaurant at present due to restrictions, but coffee & some other foods available for takeaway.

Great experience, wide range of adorable... everything!!! Staff were so friendly, especially the lady on customer services. My partner purchased a two seater couch on line and when he assembled it he realised its not what he was looking for. The lady explained the returns policy! Amazing, were would you get it that you could return an item after opening and assembling and then realises it's just not what you thought and still be able to return it!! Amazing! Plus we got a lovely cheap lunch! Also I heard they give a free nappy and baby food if your ever caught on the hop! Deadly!

The ikea.ie website still says the restaurant is open (31/08/2020) and that the returns will be possible when the store opens. Well, its open but their own website does not seem to know this. They didnt bother to update it since June. The restaurant is actually closed atm. When searching on their own screens in the self service area, the location of some items is given as "self-serve area" and not the exact isle. When asked, the staff says "download the app" which does help, but not sure why even have the screens then. On this Saturday, there was a 45 min queue to get in and no consideration for family with babies or small children was given (IKEA, the family something something). Freezing in the windy basement parking lot is the price to pay to get in regardless of your situation. A lot of items are out of stock or available "online" but when you do try to order, it just says "not available, remove from basket". I cant see some items on the website that are available in the store.
Just to add, I've been shopping in IKEA one way or another for 20 years now and in 4 different countries. The Dublin Ikea, with the added disfunctionality of the website and the Coronavirus measures is beyond doubt the lowest level of service I've seen, so far. I understand special times call for special measures but come on, this excuse is wearing thin. Surely you can sort out the website and online ordering??
