Short: Never, ever order from their online for delivery.

Longer: I've spent more than 4 HOURS on the phone with various customer service people today about the delivery of an order. I got three texts about it only to find out that they just didn't deliver, saying we were not in and that they had a pic of our front door, which they say is maroon; it's not, our front door is gray.

I have been in all day, my phone has had signal and, top of that, I have a security camera facing outwards and no one ever arrived or even drove past.

No missed calls. No texts. No voicemails. No attempt to deliver. Just never showed and lied about it.

Each call to customer service included hold times (after getting through to someone) of 20-50 minutes (I seriously wish I was joking, but I'm not). Each with a different story, including one who said ALL items (literally dozens on this order, for more than 1k) were out of stock, which is an obvious lie. He also said he'd refund me delivery, which the next colleague flatly denied.

Ikea can be great if A) you know exactly what you want, and B) you go to the store and collect it yourself (assuming they have it in stock).

Do. Not. Order. From. Them. Online. You'll just be out money, time and not get anything you ordered...
