Having purchased a flat pack desk at the store on my one and only (ever for my entire life) visit I realised whilst assembling it at home that some of the washers were missing. I decided to ring the phone number on the receipt for help. After going through several options on the computerised menu I was asked by it if I had time to complete a quick survey to which I decided to skip and proceed with the reason I was ringing to begin with (even if I'd had the time to, really!!). Over half an hour of waiting for a real person to answer later and being treated to 'Beat It' by Michael Jackson on the phone, I surrendered. All this after having to 'maze' through a whole store of furniture I didn't need/want to see. I wouldn't hasten to give it a minus score on here if it were possible.
