It has been a while since I've been here. They have grown a lot above. Everything is more spacious and I keep finding a nice store. So many handy practical things in the kitchen, nice pillows, vases you name it. Even though you did not intend to buy something, you still come home with something (small). You can go for coffee, free for IKEAfamily members, possibly a more luxurious coffee in the coffee corner with some goodies. Lunch is great and cheap!

Good food available for a reasonable price. There is also a lot in stock and the prices are fine. Parking is free here and there are plenty of parking places, unless you go there on a public holiday. Then it may be that it is full.
Today we have to wait too long at the cash register. Only three cash registers were open with very long lines. The cassiere said that there was no staff enough.
Not Barendrecht itself, but Ikea in itself. It's just a shame that after a few years you can no longer buy the same (in terms of basic elements) and you have a huge amount of work to make something fit again, or have to spend a lot of money to buy everything new. Also, many things that you can buy now do not fit on existing elements .... Selling technology is cleverly done, that is how you keep knocking the money out of their pockets ...
My favorite Ikea! Even though Delft is closer, I prefer to go to this one. Is always a lot quieter which makes walking a lot more pleasant. Ample parking, like every Ikea, both outside and inside, above or below. Nicely set up, of course, has the same guidelines, but it seems more spacious than others. Very friendly staff, my experience friendlier as with others. Can also come through the less crowded, this is going to break up for the staff too. Great restaurant with delicious dishes for a bargain price. For the children it is one big play paradise. In short, nice quiet Ikea with all the trimmings. Top!
Ikea is always fun, especially the hot dogs 0.90, previously 0.50. paninis and ice cream shame that Ikea has become more expensive. (Therefore 1 star less)
Just ikea. Excellent value for money. Solid material. We have 2 beds from ikea de MALM. And are also very pleased with the PAX cabinet systems. You can make a nice cupboard under a sloping roof if you can make the sloping doors yourself. The inside is then perfect to divide with PAX drawers and baskets and stuff.
Nice shop, but the food is just not to be tricked. Then some Coronalijer sitting next to you coughing, sniffing and sniffling. Blegh. Nice for ideas at home.
Yesterday in Ikea Barendrecht. Neatly packed a shopping cart when parking. At the entrance I came across Efteling-like scenes. A queue course, just like at Efteling. Was told that I was not allowed to bring a shopping cart, but would be upstairs. Mouth masks are also mandatory, while no shop requires this. These were the 1st 2 major irritations. Subsequently, families with mom, dad and 2 children are refused. Really ridiculous.
Once in the shop, no shopping carts to be found. When I then stand with my partner looking somewhere where no one is around, we are fiercely snubbed to put on mouth masks completely by sellers.
Later, a second experience by an aggressive salesman, full face mask again because there are already so many sick and people in hospital. A prison is even kinder to their prisoners. We were also told that shopping carts took at least half an hour before you could grab them due to crowds. Many people were very irritated about this.
I find it downright ridiculous to follow the route in the store to departments where I have no business. Why do I have to go through living rooms, bedrooms, baby rooms when I only need something for the kitchen. Your system in this is severely outdated.
With all these experiences we have left all our articles on the spot and we quickly ran out of the store. You will never see me in Ikea again.
Lots of parking space. Spacious store with restaurant. The only disadvantage of Ikea is that the store opens at 10 o'clock and t rwstaurant at 9 o'clock.
