Good parking spaces, nice lunch, the store nice and spacious. Everything well arranged.

Had to wait over 50 minutes outside to pick up 1 bathroom cabinet. 14.40 I paid for my cupboard, 16.35 I could pick it up. Ikea was just so nice that you immediately get your package from the warehouse, pay and drive away. Very

A terrible place. No idea what other locations are like but I only go here with the utmost reluctance. Every time you are confronted with the antisocial behavior of the staff. From not getting your child back at the daycare to being snubbed if you even ask a question at customer service.

15 minutes drive from our home. A place or easy to have breakfast, lunch or just something quickly, because almost everyone has an Ikea item at home!

Was very busy. Regulations around covid19 seemed difficult to handle, unfortunately, people were not addressed.

Ads in the store are not correct and if you want your money back after paying by pin you have to wait 3 days so we could not immediately buy something else, prefer not to go back here

It was a bit messy. A number of empty boxes. The restaurant was closed. In short, I am better used to Ikea.

An IKEA like an IKEA should be. And not so very busy.

Terrible experience spent all day arranging everything for a new computer room. In the evening we found out that something did not fit and wanted to change something. We had to go back from the info desk (0800 nr.) To the customer service there in Barendrecht. The Backoffice was not present on arrival. Wrong roasted! ?? ... But a young lady helps us to continue calling our colleague. Topper this young lady deserves 5 stars. However, the colleague on the phone finds out that something went wrong with ordering and what we wanted is unfortunately not possible. Miscellaneous is canceled immediately and the next day credited + / _ 800 euros (not everything) to our account, after all, we had paid the entire bill more than 3000, - immediately. We would also be called by the back office the next day. After this phone call it all turns out not to work. And Ikea appears to have already canceled the entire order ??? That is what we did not ask for. I am so pissed about this that I immediately ask for all my paid money back. Until today, no full credit has been received more than 8 days later, the rest still remains over 2,200. Not normal why this should take so long and the first credit has been refunded after less than 12 hours !? No more Ikea for me. What a business, very customer unfriendly and absolutely unprofessional.

It is nice that they occasionally completely overthrow the store. Then get remains surprising.

Nice spacious store only parking with the Camper something difficult.

What you can expect from IKEA, good service and excellent products

Once again the car filled, you always go home more than the schedule. But again all useful and fun.

Pax doors that must be combined in 1 basic element and both are white have a color difference. Never buy a PAX with different sizes of doors. The narrow ones are less white than the wide ones. (understood that the wide are made in a different country than the narrow). Ikea knows this but does nothing about it. So never buy a white PAX if you need more doors.
