Fabulous ice-creams. Worth a try for everyone around De Meern, utrecht

Zomers is our favourite gelato store in Utrecht! The store owner gave the entire store a face lift this year, so the new facility is lovely! More seating, an updated decor and a cleaner feel are the highlights. The staff is always smiling, the restaurant is always clean, and the selections of gelato are enticing, unique, fresh and fun. I love the "Smack van de Week" ("Taste of the Week"), ranging from Carrot Cake to After Eight or a Fruit-centric delight. We are here weekly, so you may encounter us next time you visit. We're the family in the corner, sharing a 5-scoop smorgasbord. LOL

The best ice cream there is. I am really addicted to ice cream so I know where the ice cream tastes best.

Best ice cream in the greater Utrecht area. With a wide range of sorbets and a weekly rotating flavor which is always creative and well done.

Our absolute favorite place to get ice cream!

They offer a delicious assortment of flavors with a new weekly flavor each week. Their ice creams are homemade and you can tell they care about the flavors and texture. You won't encounter any artificial tasting flavors, like you do at most other ice cream parlors. Also, I have yet to encounter a ice crystal in my ice cream (which always drives me nuts when I get one at other locations) and we have been there a lot!

Heavy setback. You think you'll get good ice cream because you have to join a long queue after all. Finally your promised deliciousness in your hands ... Is the taste even less than a supermarket ice cream flavor. Shame on summer!

We love the gelato-style ice cream at Zomers! 20+ flavors offered weekly, including the Smaak van de Week ("Flavour of the Week"). Some past faves of ours have been Snickers, Tony's Chocolonely Raspberry White Chocolate and Raspberry Sour Cream with Milk Chocolate Bits. Mmm!

Delicious flavors. Do not be put off by a longer row. Operation is smooth.

They sell sugar free ice cream...I.suspect it's no added sugar, but either way, I am happy. Strawberry and mango flavors so far

Tasty ice-cream. Lots of choice and we like to come here regularly.
Tip. The ice is or does not seem cold enough so that it melts quickly (or too much sugar).
But nevertheless we still come.

There is no place in De Meern en Vleuten that has so many different types of ice. The quality is always top notch. There is sometimes a long queue after dinnertime. You can also expect something like this if you go to get ice cream at one of the best.
