They dont have any technicians in Africa for any kinds of repairs or diagnostics. Please don t use them. You would rather stay without a lift.
The elevator in my grandparents' house often gets stuck, recently we had to wait well over an hour for a technician to come. The emergency staff was extremely unfriendly and the fact that 4 people including a 90-year-old were included did not matter to the staff. No matter how much other companies charge, DO NOT under any circumstances select them !!!!!
Our 14y.o. domuslift did a good job alltimes but now it is out of work and a repair Service has to be ordered.. but IGV support/helpdesk didn't answer our 1st email...then 4 weeks later we were promised to get contact with a local installer but unfortunately we are left alone with our Problem...IGV aftersales Support doesn't work & 1of5 Stars is as much better than the customer Support
Management should see how people work in the warehouse. The car waits half an hour to load and the storekeeper goes to have coffee first.
Stupid company. We are without a working lift for 1 year now in Tanzania. Not suitable for any abroad countries. Seriously!
