I decided to trust his word on this, and I'm glad I did.
IGNW has been very attentive, checking in with me and ensuring that I had what I needed to succeed and thrive in my new role. While I didn't end up taking part in any of the certification processes, my point of contact did ensure that I was aware of their existence and how to take part in the external learning activities if I decided I wanted to. IGNW is very flexible about sick time and hasn't once declined a time-off request when I'm sick. They are also very patient when I inevitably forget to enter my hours for the week.

My current contract is through them. Benefits are on par for industry. When I have had issues with a time card or anything they are responsive in helping take care of it.
I haven't worked for a contract company for probably 20+ years. Because of the last bad experience, I avoided any kind of temp2perm or contract2hire positions because I just didn't want the mess.
I am happy to say this is a totally different experience! Everyone was super friendly, the process was very organized, so I knew what was going on the entire time! The pay was fair for my position and they helped me transition when the company offered me a permanent position.
I would definitely use them in the future if another opportunity came up.
This is the best contracting company I have worked for this far. They are great at communication and made the hiring process simple and professional. They communicate through Slack which I appreciate given how busy my days can be. They offer insurance and a 401k as well. The employer contribution isn t much, but it is appreciated and nice to pay into even if they contributed nothing. Everyone I have spoken to there is kind and personable.
