I was referred to IGNW by a hiring manager who wanted to hire me for a contract position but needed somebody to manage my contract. He informed me that he had a good relationship with the company and that they had numerous great benefits, including great insurance and external learning and certification opportunities. I decided to trust his word on this, and I'm glad I did.

IGNW has been very attentive, checking in with me and ensuring that I had what I needed to succeed and thrive in my new role. While I didn't end up taking part in any of the certification processes, my point of contact did ensure that I was aware of their existence and how to take part in the external learning activities if I decided I wanted to. IGNW is very flexible about sick time and hasn't once declined a time-off request when I'm sick. They are also very patient when I inevitably forget to enter my hours for the week.

Overall, if you're considering taking a role either at, or through IGNW, don't think twice. Just do it!
