Fantastic example of Australian dining. Incredible food and great service. Wine match was hit or miss but the non alcoholic option was spot on.

It s simply the combination of art, science and talent that takes Igni to a whole different level. A bold move outside of Melbourne city, worthy of the drive ten fold. Worthy of an interstate flight- Avalon is close! Service impeccable. Intimate, elegant, awesome. If you re reading this- do it.
