Very bad time I had with Ienergizer this company left me alone at that time when I need the company help I am a senior executive in gommt process and I was met with an accident and got my had Crack I ask my TL for leave he denied for leave and say you no need to come office again and I was new their I did not go to office because my admitted tenure is 20 days now I want to re join they said your hiring status is no we unable to hire you.
Guys they mark the status by own and they hide their mistakes.
If you want to get a job in this company so you have to be a girl or you have such a great approach. This company's HR's and interview management is so bad, Its my personal experience I saw here, a girl who don't know the name of our president and she has lack of confidence but they select that girl because she is a GIRL that's way they selected her and they reject another guy rather then He was much better then that girl who selected and he did not selected. which is very shameful.....
I have worst experience with this company I worked here till 1 year and 4 months but they didn't give me the experience letter, reason behind they have a policy that you can take leave in your notice period if you want and I took but process supervisor didn't approve my leaves, all the time he was saying that he will approve later but he didn't. and now HR has blacklisted me.

One of the worst company I have been in. In the name of salary you get is the policy norms. Company would try their best to deduct your salary and incentives. No sick leaves, even earned leaves are not paid. Don't use washrooms or else you'll loose your consciousness. You will contradict with your thoughts whether you are a human or a robot. The company literally doesn't care about it's employees.
I went for the interview there, so can't tell much about their process and are they employee centric or not, so giving my feedback on my first impression and location. Cheers.
