As a customer, I found the platform to be average in terms of user experience. The interface was somewhat cluttered, making it a bit difficult to navigate at times. However, I appreciated the range of features offered, which allowed us to personalize our content to better engage our audience. The support team was responsive, but the overall experience left something to be desired. With a few tweaks to the platform's design and user-friendliness, it could definitely improve. There is potential for growth, but I hope to see some updates in the future. 🤔
