Parking isn't cheap but decent centre with a good variety of shops
When I go there withy phone and leave WiFi on it keeps saying 'Sign into intu wifi' and most the time it doesn't let me sign in. And tolets are the nicest so I always use Holi wood bowling toilet's which is on the 3rd floor.
Convenient , clean and wonderful baby, toddler room for feeding and changing plus all the other usual facilities and experience of good mall
Always feel safe when I come here you always see plenty of security. Staff are always helpful. My only grip is the parenting rooms always seem neglected. There's never any tissue in the toliets (make sure you take your own) they always smell. Which is a shame because the rest of the toleit facilities including the disabled toliets are in an amazing condition. Also the disabled toliets near the eagle centre market are shameful. I've been in there and found needles, no toliet paper and they smell fowl, sickening even, and this is on many occasions.
Good selection of shops good informative help if required...facilities ok could be better
Very good shopping centre. If you are not sure of who you are looking for or there location there is plenty of maps with key identification and points also very helpful staff in at an enquiry to desk
Quite a few empty shops at the moment. Perhaps better in the week ehen more shops open outside the centre and market open.
Love intu at derby came this weekend for gift shopping and.to look at the bugs on tour wasnt disappointed my daughter lives looking for them and reading the captions
Looks good now it's had a facelift and some great individual shops. Worth a visit.
Staff member i asked for directions went out of his way to help me. took me where i needed to go ! spot on
Good for shopping and cater for everybody good restrooms and babychangeing plus good disabled facilities wide range of different foods for most tastes even got a man creche on the same floor
Better than Nottingham Intu - actually a lot better - not so cramped, better shops and food.
Plenty of shops and a nice shopping centre to walk around!
1st visit. Good choice of retail, access to Theatre and paking.
Same old same old. You go in, get what you need, get out.
Sooooo crowded hard to get around but still a good place to do your Christmas shopping and good for weekends out
Getting fewer and fewer shops. Loads of places to eat
City centre shopping with loads of retail therapy. All the high street brands plus cinema & massive food court.Plenty of parking too.Bus & Train stations nearby.
Not my cup of tea hot toilets hard to find no rather shop outside
A large amount of different variety of shops and food places.
It's a city centre shopping mall. However, the car parking is really expensive so tend to prefer Burton on Trent where parking is much cheaper.
Gorgeous and massive shopping centre! Not sure you can tour it in a visit!
If you're after a posh burger this is a must.. The halloumi fries with bbq sauce are bangin!! Been several times..
Great place clean tidy and great selection of shops for all kinds of budgets
Enjoyable, a suprise to feel so comfortable in such a vast area.
excellent food excellent accommodation friendly staff.
Great parking for town centre everything you need under one roof and Cosmo excellent eating place
Everything you need all under one roof. All kinds of drink, food and snacks to keep you going while you wonder around the vast number of shops. Lots of car parking and very good for disabled parking.
Quite busy but soo many different shops and places to eat and shop
Better than the Intu in Stoke on Trent, fantastic food court
Nice and bright in all the shops we visited, loads of open space m&s Very friendly staff and hotters too . But there was not much public seating but the ones there were very comfortable.
Easily accessible by car, bus or train. Lots of different types of shops and a very good food court.
Brilliant shopping and has majority of shops and restarants u need
Nice and friendly staff with great food really enjoyed it tad expensive but food was nice
Don't visit very often but managed to get what I wanted will be back...
has probably everything u need good food restaurants and food court etc plenty of shops i cluding branded names
The Intu Derby was packed full of great shops. Creams was a superb place to have bite and a drink. Tiger was full of great items.
You know what you get from byron burger. Pity that intu as a shopping mall isn't that busy.
Has a large range of shops and is located a 10 minute walk away from the train station! I would recommend! 4/5
Lots of shops and places to buy anything you'd need
Well the intu centre is ok I would say, nice array of outlets the staff are helpful and friendly .
Big shopping centre with food and entertainment options
Prefer high street shops on a street not in a center
Is a lot better now the bowling and golf is there good job
