Half the shops are shut and the other half are nearly all the same. Needs alot of work and some more shops

Mall not bad that offers many shops for all budgets.
Easily accessible from every side and virtually every street in the center of Derby, it is still surrounded by quaint buildings and adorable little shops, including a Walt Disney store and an entire shop dedicated to all kinds of sweets ....

Surprisingly diverse mall with a good range of stores close to Derby's Eagle Market. While you are there check out what is on at Derby theatre which often has interesting shows

Full of different shops, derby seems to be doing well at keeping places open, the centre is clean, has plenty of parking and is always busy

A large well kept shopping centre. A large variety of stores means you should be able to find what you're looking for.

Lovely fresh and modern. All shops under 1 roof. We need something like this in Coventry.

Cinema very organised to cope with covid, and did not affect the viewing experience. Very clean

Being born in Nottingham I'm not really enamoured of Derby the bus station is an absolute disaster I do love the Cathedral quarter and some of the quaint old shops so glad they've rescued Bennett's it is one of my favourite places ever the Intu centre in my opinion is more for the young ones but Birds us a lovely place for afternoon tea with my friend sorry Derby my roots are in Nottingham.

Massive complex with pretty much everything you could want. However, Derby city centre has loads of smaller shops that offer better value for money, so if you're prepared to hunt around you're going to get some great offers elsewhere.

Overall a good experiance has plenty of food choices five guys, wagamama, kfc, burger king and many more

My only issue is its full of a lot of shops that i have never heard of now this could be that maybe there above my price range but there is a lot especially clothing companies ive never heard of and seems the space could be used for more known company

This is a very good shopping mall.

There is so many shops and you can spend the whole day there easily. The shops are in from the cheap and cheerful to the top end.

A Very friendly place to spend a whole day with the family.

The food court is fantastic a lot of choices.

Excellent meal. People eating in a group get a free meal if they can prove it's their birthday.

Was in car park less than half hour and it cost 3.10 ridiculous

Soulless , devoid of intelligent life ,expensive parking , empty units , knock it down and build a proper high street.

The centre is very clean and easy to navigate. The leisure facilities on the top floor are a great addition. Lots of shops supply a wide range of goods with most mainstream shops there, plus lots of individual specialist shops dotted around.
Only 3 stars though as the parking is just ridiculously expensive and genuinely puts you off going.

Everything you need under one roof...parking can be expensive...but a lovely shopping centre all the same.

Everything in one place and cheaper parking than Nottingham

Usual shopping center with good selection of shops . But not enough seating for us old boys to use while the other half is shopping

Nice mall, distinctive, decor and cleanliness
It contains many well-known restaurants such as KFC, Burger King, Pizza Express, Nando's, Wagamama, Friday s and others
There is a room for prayer (but you must go to the mall customer service office to give you the room key)
The mall features a cinema, bowling alley, golf, electronic games and others
There is a clean and tidy car park

Just a nice place when open fully cafes nice friendly

Not to bad toilets need checking more often as no toilet roll sometimes

Lots of food and drink places and many other stores for gaming and gadgets and clothes and pretty much anything you'd need. Nice and modern looking too.

Standard shopping centre! A selection of shops a selection of eatery's and a mix of classes me being middle class I like to people watch the others!

Amazing floor staff from intu, I couldn't remember where I parked my car and they helped me find it.

Children's facilities always appear unclean; the play areas are never supervised meaning older children come in and spoil it for the correct aged children: parents continually leave the gates open causing the younger ones to run out into the crowds of shoppers.

Im always looking forward to go here, fun coze place.

A wasted journey. I didn't see any information boards to tell me where everything was. After walking around a bit, I asked the girl in the customer services place where the shop I wanted was. She said it was no longer in intu but there was one in Sadlergate. She was either wrong or lying. The nearest one is in Nottingham. Went home and ordered online.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere for a shopping center, great shops and good area.
