The reason why there is still a one star rating is because I blame my bad judgement of the id that I have decided to choose and trust.

I wonder and seriously doubt in the 4.7 rating given.

Please consider carefully on the id to be chosen if anyone intend to take up renovation from this company.

I started my engagement with IdeaXchange/ Caine during the Circuit Breaker period. for the renovation of my HDB resale unit. Of all the IDs i spoke with, I felt that Caine was very knowledgeable, responsive and provided a lot of constructive feedback throughout the various steps of the renovation process. I have confidence in him to deliver a great job on the renovation, and I since also started recommending him to various friends and family members.

They were very responsive, delivered an end product very close to the mockups and finished according to schedule. Even after everything was done, they were very good at coming back for little touchups. More than happy to use them again.
