They rent to drivers that should have their CDL revoked. This driver cut off numerous people in traffic, was driving fast and aggressively, and doing this (see photo) when I passed by, among other antics, all while he was supposed to be in charge of a large piece of commercial equipment. Shame.
It's so sad I use to love working at this place. But untruthful ppl changed that. But all the staff here act like it's high school. Dam shame I thought u were all adults.

Service department is a joke. The service mechanics are good at their job, and I have plenty of respect for them, but the service scheduling department has no customer service skills at all. They act as if they hate to see you come in with an issue. They don t follow service requests and just change fluids and send it out. My company spends tons of money leasing multiple trucks, and it is a dreaded chore to bring them in for service. The adult infant in the service scheduling area has a terrible attitude. He acts like a baby who has not had his bottle on time. It would be funny if we didn t have to see him cry every time we need service.
