We've been a customer for close to 15 years. The support crew is always easy to reach, knowledgeable, and helpful anytime there's an issue or a question. You can't say the same for most forms of tech support. I don't write reviews often but these guys deserve some stars.
Friendly people and great software, but I work here so I may be biased.
One of the better places to buy your software needs for entertainment and renting but working there... Its a train wreck.
This company is truly WONDERFUL! I just went with our management team down to Meridian Mississippi and had The ABSOLUTE greatest experience!! When it comes to Layout, Ease of access, Communication, and An out of this world all in one technology, You can't beat this company and it's over all growth!! Their team took us in for 3 days and taught us LITERALLY everything we needed to know! Reports, Kiosk operations, All you can imagine P.O.S options, We even have portable tablets for our crew to easily take care of guest around the ENTIRE floor ( which is going to shoot customer satisfaction through the roof ) The care and interaction didn't stop there, not only did they treat us incredibly they also made sure our dining experience was top notch and made us feel like family from the very first interaction.
