If I could possibly rate this company any lower I would. I worked for this company two and a half weeks. I have yet to be paid correctly. The first week they claimed my bank details had not been supplied and issued me a check. My bank details had been supplied. They also attached a incorrect national insurance number to my pay and a incorrect tax code which mean I was subject to tax payments being deducted that shouldn't have been. Second week I was assured payment would be made after double checking payment details. Payment wasn't received. Instead the incompetent payroll have managed to send my wages to the wrong account. Proof was given that I had not received my wages and they confirmed they had sent the money to the wrong sort code and still refused to readdress in the situation. They suggested I wait until the bank bounces the funds back to them and they they could get the director to sign off on a payment made to the right place. I am utterly mortified by the level of shoddy handling by this agency.

My consultant was great. Payroll was a nightmare! If you ever work here do not deal with Claire. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever come across.

Registered and got a really good job in few days, in terms of luck - I've won a lottery. And money was always on time no problems at all.

And still waiting until today no money come to my account, after 2 weeks deciding to contact citizen bureau advice

Awful agency. I've the same issues that most others have on here.

Poor or no customer service and they don't respect the workers who make them their money.

I'm still owed money. Each time I talked to them they would talk to me with a "What's the matter" attitude. Now they don't even answer there phones.

the agency itself quickly finds and offers to work for a person who has successfully recruited. Unfortunately, just starting work with them is terrible. the conditions they present appear to be reckless and unprofessional. By terminating the cooperation with the above agency, it is not possible to get your earned money in the form of holiday, it is very difficult and tiring. constantly phone calls and requests for payment of receivables is notoriously disposed of with lies. I do not recommend any cooperation, the worst possible employment agency.
