If I could possibly rate this company any lower I would. I worked for this company two and a half weeks. I have yet to be paid correctly. The first week they claimed my bank details had not been supplied and issued me a check. My bank details had been supplied. They also attached a incorrect national insurance number to my pay and a incorrect tax code which mean I was subject to tax payments being deducted that shouldn't have been. Second week I was assured payment would be made after double checking payment details. Payment wasn't received. Instead the incompetent payroll have managed to send my wages to the wrong account. Proof was given that I had not received my wages and they confirmed they had sent the money to the wrong sort code and still refused to readdress in the situation. They suggested I wait until the bank bounces the funds back to them and they they could get the director to sign off on a payment made to the right place. I am utterly mortified by the level of shoddy handling by this agency.
