The quality of their work was average, nothing exceptional but nothing too concerning either. The cables seem to be functioning well so far, but I would have appreciated more attention to detail in terms of cable management. The customer service was satisfactory, although the response time to my inquiries could have been faster. Overall, Ideal Cabling provided an average service. They did what was expected, but I wouldn't say their service stood out from other similar companies.
