Selling ice to an Eskimo is an every day thing! Perfect place to bring out the best sales person in you.
Can't mention much about the Cons. as i never worked with this company, just sharing the interview experience :
So I will start the experience from the very first call i received from Uzma (the IDE Consultant), very professional over the phone and she called me thrice in two months to come for the interview. So i scheduled my line of actions accordingly and went for the interview.
It took me 20 minutes to locate their company building, as there was no sign board outside, upon calling the consultant she guided me and when i reached the place I saw their IDE logo printed on a A4 size paper and pasted on the wall, I was totally confused where I was heading to, but anyhow I thought of giving a try.
When i reached their office i saw a beauty parlor which was located right next to their main office door, it was so awful. I went inside their office and met Uzma, she seemed very professional and took me to the waiting room, during this time I was watching their office floor through the glassdoor, it seemed extremely professional.
I went for the first round with the Operation Procurement Manager and it went well, at the end he asked my last withdrawn package, i told him and informed my expectations, he made a note of the same and stated that he will check it accordingly. Uzma informed me that i have cleared the first round and come back after lunch for the second round with the Director
The second round was little tricky and it went for 1 hr 45 minutes, the gentlemen who took my interview (Suresh Muniswamy) explained the complete portfolio of the company and the JD but at the end of the interview he also mentioned that my expectations are very high. Then I negotiated him with the standard industry expectation, on which he stated that he will discuss and get back to me.
Now the climax happens, no one actually call back until after two weeks i call them to check the status. Uzma answer the phone and she replies that they became very busy due to financial year end , she said she will check with the Director and call back in two minutes.
The whole impression went for a toss when she calls back. Uzma said that the management has decided to offer me a special package of 25 k which makes it 3 PA, knowing the fact that my last withdrawn was much higher considering it they still offered me a way lower package.
It was so disgraceful that a company offers an experienced applicant a package way less than his actual CTC.
In my career span of more than 6 years i have never experienced such a disgusting experience, they use big words during the interview especially the Director who took 1 hr 45 minutes session and after that offering a less package.
I believe for the job seekers it will give you a clear insight that this company is just a "waste of time".
They can't afford a sign-board, how they can afford you
Stop wasting an applicants time, we come prepared and with lot of expectations. If one's package is higher than your standard slab, kindly inform him/her that you can't afford them or their experience is not relevant or matching as per the desired profile on the very first round, rather than proceeding their application for the final round and later offering a package lesser than the last withdrawn.
It was extremely unprofessional and insulting, i know these feedback are reviews hardly matter for your company, but i'm not a fresher and do have genuine connections with the industry experts who will certainly flagship my post
Got a call from this company. They saw my property posting in a Facebook community I guess.
He wanted to speak to my manager. Before I answered he intentionally dropped the call. He did not even tell who is he.
Felt these are people without ethics and courtesies.
I felt hurt with the way they call people and drop the moment their work is over. That's why I am writing this review.
First of all, there is just one HR lady in the whole HR department, they will ask you to wait for 5 mins and they will take almost 2 to 3 hours to get back to you. Very irresponsible behavior. I just attended the interview and I was not at all happy with their ethics. I have been working in sales for the past 4 years and believe me there are better companies out there who follow good work ethics.
It's been 8 months journey at IDE and I already had 2 international trips :) All well! All Well! Filled with ample opportunities.
Worked with Daniel Clark in their Denver office and he misled our organization.
I joined this company last year sept 26 in development team, overall its good company,
"THE BEST PLACE IF YOU LIKE SALES". ITS BEEN AN AWESOME 4 YEARS. MANY MANY MORE TO GO. :)
The company sets out to achieve its goals in ethical, honest ways with an elevated sense of purpose to improving the industry and humanity.
A company with a motto of all for one, one for all. A lively place to work at
Amazing platform for sales with energetic crowd, great incentives and good work ethics. People with good sales capability - this is your place!
Although I had to wait a long time for the interview, the interview itself was quite an experience! I was face-to-face with all 3 directors of the company. The questions were brutal to say the least. But that was exactly the kind of interview / interrogation I wanted.
Clearly, this job is not for the fainthearted. You need nerves of steel to thrive in this challenging and dynamic environment. Most importantly, you need to constantly sharpen your mind to stay ahead of the game. But if you have what is takes, the final experience is very rewarding.
Really good office to work and good infra and management and hr team is awsm..good pay scale and highest incentive plan
Awesome and amazing place, Just completed 1 year, Looking forward for many more to come
