Do NOT do yourself the disservice of working for this company! They have fake positive reviews on here to trick you, but in truth I wouldn t recommend it to my worst enemy.
The CEO has bought herself awards, but she is abusive to her employees. She threatens to beat her employees up. She yells at people she has never even said hello to. She publicly humiliates people (including the HR Director!). How can there be safety in a company when even the HR Director is abused and does nothing to stop it.

Applied for a job in Florida. Someone called me super quick and sent my resume in. The recruiter was friendly, efficient and helped me see some holes in my resume. Can't wait to go back to work.

When I first began the process, even though I had some issues trying to login to forward Documents from my phone .I was helped immediately to get connected,they are super helpful.

I was having trouble with my I-9, ICON walked me through how to do it. I couldn't have done it out without them. Great place to work.

I look at the good reviews and look at ICON"s nice website and scratch my head. It just doesn't line up with my experience. I have worked as a contractor through ICON (for another company) since April of 2020. My job is in Charlotte, NC. I will not name that company.
From the very beginning, I have been so disappointed with ICON"S lack of communication and concern for the contractors they employee. I have a co-worker, also a contractor for the same company through ICON, who feels the same way. It's like dealing with a bunch of robots. You get NO feeling of anything personal or professional from your contacts there. They have terrible communication skills. They don't return calls. When they respond to an email, it's almost like a cold, scripted response. I am not one to criticize or fuss normally. But seems like, from the very beginning, that's all I've done while working through ICON. It's like being an orphan or step-child. Nobody really wants to be bothered with you. Right now, as I type this, I've got questions regarding my contract. I've reached out to them to ask. I requested that a live human call me back. How dare me!! I just want to talk instead of email. So much is lost in translation in emails. But she hasn't called me back and I predict she won't. A. Parker

The recruiter helped me understand the new job market and how to job search during COVID. I wasn't sure the best way to present my software and programming skills but after speaking with them, I changed some things on my resume and got a couple of interviews for new positions. I really recommend looking at ICON if you want a new job.

Helped me find some great warehouse workers. They found quality candidates quickly.Would recommend them if you want to hire quickly and without hassle.
