After having problems after installation I called ...

After having problems after installation I called Martin after hours and he tried to help but our wire less cameras were causing a problem. He sent a call out to Storm who came within an hour and sorted out our problem, Thanks to these two guys who promptly helped over this Holiday period. They were friendly and helpfull and an asset to the business! Thank you very much!

Iclix has a great team, I mean, really. You guys are great! Any issues I've had were solved quickly, or various solutions were brought forward. I have always felt welcome in their offices and they have always been friendly and exceptionally helpful with any problems or requests. Thank you all for your outstanding service over the years.

My experience with them is tainted. There are three individuals at the head of this institution - the founder and lead sys-admin, while not exactly a ray of sunshine, his knowledge and expertise of the infrastructure and accompanying systems he built is unrivaled, I'm talking DEEP knowledge. The second is (from what I could gather) the 'face' of the business with regards to the larger, corporate contracts and a businessman at the pinnacle of professionalism. The third is responsible for internal operations and in my experience not a honorable or even honest man. Money allowed him to rise to the position he holds, not competence.

Beyond last mentioned the company isn't bad, they supply a stable and reliable service that is completely overpriced.

Problem of very high data usage started and I brought it to the attention of Iclix at about 9 this morning. It took them till about 1 o clock to let me know that an unknown device is connected. I found that the man who works here puts his cellphone on when he comes in and you tube is on for the whole day with his gospel music. By that time the data used was already more than half a gig. Thank you so much Danie and team you are great. Whenever we have a problem you are there for us and we really appreciate you.Your service is the best.

I began my service with Iclix on the 18th of Janua...

I began my service with Iclix on the 18th of January 2020 and have been a customer for less than a month. How my internet works is that I purchase a voucher for a specified amount of Wi-Fi data (5 GB, 10 GB, or uncapped) at speeds stated to me by the security office of my building. I purchased an uncapped voucher at speeds of 2mb/s download and 2mb/s upload for R300. After the first 3 days of using the Wi-Fi I was receiving speeds of between 0.3 and 0.5 mb/s download. I, as well as my girlfriend, emailed their technical team. Both of these representatives were very short in their responses and of the 15 emails to Ethan I eventually had to list my questions in a number format to get answers. They both then proceeded to tell me that my voucher that I had purchased was for a 2mb/s download and upload as I was told by our security office.
After emailing back and forth for almost a week and spending numerous hours on the phone with their technical team they eventually opened up my hotspot for use while they attempted to fix it (during which time I received speeds of over 10 - 20mb/s) and logged a call out. The call out team came to my flat at hours which I had stated I was unavailable and simply stated to my roommate that the line speed cannot go faster than 0.5mb/s due to the cables capacity however, as stated above, that is not true.
I am a university student using this Wi-Fi for my studies and the speeds above are making it impossible to access my needed websites or downloading my notes. I phoned them again today (13 February) and was met with a very short answering technician again who simply and rather rudely stated he does not know why the other technicians told me that my speeds were 2mb/s because to him the speeds are normal. Of the month of using their service I have only had usable Wi-Fi for 10 days. During my various phone calls and emails I received any "we will call you back" or "a technician will come to you" responses with very little actual service delivery.
I was promised plenty of times for them to resolve the issue, at one point one of their Technicians stated they would replace my voucher as it was broken and the speeds were incorrect. None of their promises were ever and I for-filled am still struggling with their, service delivery, customer service and technical support.
Iclix has severely disappointed me in the services and I would not recommend them as a internet service provider.

If you are wondering which wifi company to use i would definitely recommend Iclix , They are super friendly . always respond fast to my emails and queries . I Put my dad and brother on Iclix , you just wont go wrong. it truly is an investment . their site inspection team was super friendly and called me alot to update me on whats gona happen next (seeing i was at work and couldn't be there myself) I trust Iclix SO SHOULD YOU!!!

Excellent service from Iclix. Making use of their service for almost a year now. 10/10 response and get back to you when the problem is fixed. 8/10 connectivity from Brandfort, even though they are improving and doing maintenance regularly on the tower, the disconnections are understandable and reasonable. In 11 months, I experienced TWO days when the connection was down longer than an hour. 11/10 Friendly service from all of their personnel, every time I give them a call. Based on the competition, they STOMP them into the ground. Can't go wrong with Iclix!
