Recently I sent parcel from Hyderabad to Auckland and after a month I still haven't received it. I can tell you this is not because of covid. Fedex is still working good during Covid time. You had increased prices and changed your service from Fedex to UPS which is terrible. If you continue to be with UPS, I am very sure you will loose many customers. I am definitely one of them.

International courier service fast delivery and good service

This is the worst service provider. Horrible customer service. They cheat you by not sending your items on time. My items which were shipped from India to USA were suppose to reach in 2 days. I paid huge price accordingly. This horrible courier service had initiated the process only after 2 days, i.e. on the day that i was suppose to receive my packet. It was time bound material and I received it on a day when it is no longer required. Kindly do not go for their service. You will definitely regret if you choose them to deliver your packet.
Vinay is the guy who talks non sense if you ask him any questions on the delay. hopeless service.

They ruined my shipment and delivered 3 weeks later charging very. Mr. Suresh is the culprit who sent my shipment by post instead of express courier. Damaged the cooker. No compensation
