I recently had an experience with a global property management company, and overall, it was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided basic information about their services. However, I found the lack of detailed property listings disappointing. There were only a few properties available, and the descriptions were quite limited. It would be beneficial if they could provide more comprehensive information, including photos and amenities. Moreover, the customer service was okay, but it could be more responsive. It took a bit longer than expected to receive a reply to my inquiry. While their services are decent, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of property selection and communication. If they can address these areas, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
