ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service, took in 2 phones to get repaired and it smashed basically straight away... told the owner it smashed and he repaired it for me for free, then that same day the phone smashed AGAIN and we contacted immediately and he didn't want a bar of me, he said I'll repair it for $150... when he had given me a dodgy product and repair, the second phone also smashed within 2 days in a otterbox life proof case. He doesn't care about his customers at all, gave him the chance to refund us and he did not care at all. I gave him multiple chances to respond to our messages and he chose to keep ignoring me.
