IBM Toronto Lab Review

It's a pretty sweet place to work. Great all day snacks and soft drinks, sports like volleyball, free food in town halls every quarter with pictures, ice creams etc etc etc. Plus my colleagues and managers are pretty amazing and always try to Tarun us for the future. Although salary is right now a bit on the lower side but the other perks make up for the difference. Plus everyone in IBM gets a laptop. So that's frekin insane right. #ibmrocks

Convenient location. Nice office setup. Beautiful scenery.

The IBM building is beautifully situated amongst woodlands nested in the heart of Markham. The grounds are beautifully maintained throughout all seasons but is especially picturesque in the summer and fall.

What also is beautiful is the "River Keeper" a bridge that extends to the opposite side from the main building to a vast parking lot across a stream.

The best place for software engineers to work in Toronto.

Nice place, but cel restricted building. They only allow Bell apparently, but to compensate they offer complimentary WiFi. It prompts you for name, email and reason for being there, then emails you the login, which you can only get by leaving the building. So enter building to request WiFi access, then momentarily leave to get email.

Beautiful Place. I love the river and jungles on the back of the building.

IBM Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. Comfortable facilities to work with a lot of parking

This is a great place to work in. Great colleagues and helpful individuals that are there to help you if you needed. Great place to enhance your abilities and skills.

Great location for this lab. There's a nice little river and trees, makes for a nice walk.

State of the art building. Was a great place to work at.

I worked in this location for 17 years. I d park in the back parking lot so I could experience nature before going to work. I d cross a bridge over the Rouge river, next to a forest, with a chance to see deer, bunnies, hawks, finches, and other common creatures. On rare occasions, I ve seen beaver and coywolves. (Coyote/ wolf cross)

No cellular reception here, at least not Rogers that I am using. Heard they block everyone else except for Bell(for commercial reason? Idk) However, Rogers provides Wi-Fi calling for this exact situation. Therefore I can get calls in by this workaround.

If you can find the damn address of this IBM location then it is ok. Even my fully updated GPS could not navigate to their parking lot. I had a guest who I had to pick every night and it was a nightmare to navigate to this location unless you are used to it.
