I thought that people had posted situational reviews until I experienced the same thing with their interviews. Everyone EXCEPT the core HR team members is well mannered and soft spoken. Hr members work from home and are rude to you even on the phone. They need to learn a bit of courtesy. They probably rejected my profile for cost reasons but wanted to put up a facade as if it was my fault and thought that throwing judgemental statements at me on phone will be a good intimidation strategy. I'd not like to opt for working for them in future given such HR folks making up and implementing t people policies.
Good small company. It is situated in multiple floors there. I went for an interview and have positive review. Only thing it's take time for the interview to happen. You need to wait for quite a while for getting your turn. Be straight forward for your answer and come in professional dress. Also, location is quite a bit far and the road traffic is worse. Overall a good experience.
Ratika should be out from the organization. she is incompetent and don't have any VP HR experience. she is not from product company. she don't know how to talk. she don't have skill to judge me technically. she should learn how talk being a HR. Top management should take care of this.
Have to work here atleast once in life time, the office ambience will make you work more ethical here ,
Product based company dont expect that u will work in spring hibernate they have their own framework
0 rating , the process of hiring / appointing mode to be changed , the freshers will not be knowing your apptitude/ tecnical , for hiring two calling two thousnd is not correct
wish 0 rating was there... HR doesn't know the interview process and the person who interviews don't know what to interview and how to interview.. Looks like it is just a Eye Wash ... don't waste peoples time if you are not serious about hiring
Very good company. I have attended interview for a senior role very recently with Sapiens. I must say they have professionalism. I don't know how correct is to take the name here but the HR i was dealing with V____A was very professional and polite with us. Interviewers were very helpful as they made me feel comfortable. Only 1 minus point is that they have test for Senior role. But I would love to serve Sapiens.
