I thought that people had posted situational reviews until I experienced the same thing with their interviews. Everyone EXCEPT the core HR team members is well mannered and soft spoken. Hr members work from home and are rude to you even on the phone. They need to learn a bit of courtesy.
They probably rejected my profile for cost reasons but wanted to put up a facade as if it was my fault and thought that throwing judgemental statements at me on phone will be a good intimidation strategy. I'd not like to opt for working for them in future given such HR folks making up and implementing t people policies.
