We were at the hotel in August and it was spectacular. We had reserved a room at the Iberostar Cristina hotel, but they wrote to us from the hotel explaining that they were closing and that if we accepted the same contracted conditions but in this hotel.
The attention was absolutely exquisite and cared for by the staff. The best of the stay.
Variety in the buffet and very good food.
The rooms were beautiful, design and decoration of ten, absolute cleanliness.
With the COVID-19 issue I felt very safe because there are dispensers everywhere and the safety regulations were respected.
It is a deserving five star hotel.
