Received our Plexiglass shields and other products on time and all very neatly packed. When we had a very little hiccup with order - they came to bat and made it right without a hassle during this time when everything is a hassle! Thanks for the professionalism. Would order from them again.
High customer service at all levels (from sales to shipping).
IM Branded was one of two required vendors we could use. I wish I would have used the other company. IM Branded came in slightly less than the competitor and the salesperson met with us in person. After the agreement was signed they were slow to install, failed to complete the job per specs, and installed a TV that was $2,500 cheaper than the model quoted. Their response was to give me $250 back and hire my own electrician. I would not use them again in the future.

Reviews on here are fake, friends of employees and employees themselves. Never on time with deliveries or its constantly pushed back. Company is highly disorganized.

i.M. Branded is a great company, and a great employer. The level of care they have for their clients, customers and employees is simply remarkable. Yes, I am an employee here, but based on my experience with other organizations, it is a unique place, that is doing great things.
A few things I noticed...
First, I have never seen collaboration like this before. Engineering is going in the shop and the shop employees are in engineering asking questions and communicating. There is an open door policy and no such thing as a stupid question.
Second, this is a very professional environment where employees don't complain, gossip or back bite. They're all are trying to do there job as best as possible. The professionalism is inspiring and make me what to do my best.
