Robert, my salesman was awesome! He answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. Jen helped me with getting my visa card for taking a test drive. Larry explained all the financing details, warranty etc. It was a smooth transaction and although I hated parting with my old vehicle, I love my new Tucson.

I arrived Early for my appointment but they took me right in. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I was out of there within the hour the service department is excellent!

Robert and Frank did everything possible to get me into an affordable lease. They were pleasant and professional. No high pressure sales.

Poor service. Went in to address recalls. Was told there were 2 recalls over the phone and it would take about an hour. I arrived and they told me there were actually 5 recalls. There were 5 or so employees in the area to pull your car in chatting with each other, they made no attempt to stop their chatting to address me directly. I had to be very direct to get anyone to respond to me at all. I also mentioned the check engine light was on in addition to the recalls. This was totally ignored. They did not address the issue regarding the check engine light at all, even though they were making adjustments to engine control module and that was the source of the issue. I had to wait for over 2 hours because I was told about an hour and made no arrangements to be picked up by anyone else. I also have to go back a second time for the engine issue (turbo not working). The inconvenience of that alone is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Waited in the lobby for my car to be done. The service employee said they did nothing to my car for the first 45 mins I was there because he thought that I was getting picked up. If I have an appointment scheduled shouldnt my car be worked on at that time no matter what?

They always take good care of our cars. The only issue I have this time is I was told my car was going to be washed and it was not cleaned. But that will not stop me from going there.

I arrived and was processed quickly. The work was completed in the amount of time I had allowed for myself. I quickly paid the bill and was home in a reasonable amount of time. That is all I would ask from a service call.

I wasn't planning on leaving with a new vehicle but was just starting to look in anticipation of turning in my existing car in September. I was blown away by the new Palisade Limited. It was clearly the best, most well equipped car I have seen in this class. Bill Miliken was terrific and made the experience so easy i decided to just do it now. So I left with a beautiful new white Palisades Limuted which I love.

My experience wasn't bad and it wasn't extraordinary either or anything to write home about. I bought a CPO Sonata Se from Robert Ruggerio, so far so good. It's only been about a week right now.

What a joke of a dealership. Picked out a car, decided it was a decent deal and signed the paperwork since I lived about hour away (they refused to take deposit over the phone, should have stopped there). Went to pick up the check from my bank a few days later and drove back down a hour to pick up my new car. I tell them in the morning that I ll be down in the afternoon. When I get down there, Bill Miliken or whatever his name is says hey while you wait for finance office, I wanted to show you this small scratch on the back of the car I just noticed this morning. Here we go. Keep in mind I texted them four hours prior to me coming down so they had enough time to let me know of this problem. I go outside and bam, the entire right side of the bumper was clearly hit with deep gashes and scrapes. He says they ll provide a loaner car and take care of the problem. Of course I m not happy and my mother who wanted to come see the car was also complaining and rightfully so. Bill decided to get a little cranky and started literally screaming at her saying we don t need you to buy this car! It was the most immature thing I ve see a grown man do, looked almost ready to cry and ran inside. Basically, telling us to hit the road. Really? That s how this place treats paying customers? I was dropping off a check for over 16k and you yell at us for being upset because you clearly hit something? I drove four hours back and forth to make this deal happen and you re going to talk to my mother in that tone? Don t think so. Needless to say, contract was torn up and our family will never be doing business there. Avoid at all costs.

If only I knew that Hyundai of Turnersville was that professional, courteous and on the ball before I experienced the worst with Burns Hyundai, I never would have considered this dealer as it was further from my home..Just bar none, the best experience I've ever had period. Fast, personable and the communication was just unmatched.

I might of already did this but I m doing it again, luv the car, small crossover is just the right size for me. And I tested it in a safe place and the turbo really kicks in. Nice to know if I need that power I have it, I will recommend. The man who helped me was as nice as he could be and not pushy. I never give 5 stars to anyone but this was deserving,

I worked with Steve on the sales floor. He showed me multiple models of cars that I was interested in. He is very patient and kind, and will not push you into something you cannot afford. This Hyundai was legit . They didn t make up false issues with my car like the other Hyundai service center in south jersey did. . The reason I know the other Hyundai service center was just trying to get money was because I went to a place that I knew people and I was told the truth there was nothing wrong with my car .cherry hill hyundai service center trumped up 1800 dollar bill . I don t just take there word for it I check it. I work hard for my money not gonna just give it away.

In June 2020 was my first time using the service center to do an oil change for my 2013 Sonata and it was suggested that I schedule an air service to be performed to clean out the fuel injector system on my car. I didn't have it done in June, but when my car was scheduled for another oil change in September I decided to have the air cleaning service performed.
My 2013 Sonata is getting much better gas mileage from having that service performed, and the car runs like brand new! Everyone at the service center of Turnersville Hyundai is very helpful, and they are very knowledgeable. They are my car mechanics from now on, because I will continue to buy Hyundai cars! Thank you all very much for being there!

Service great! Reception at service confused me about warranty, then refused my online special price because I didn't take a screenshot of it (I had seen it online for their dealership just 2 days prior, but my appointment day happened to be the first of the month and the special disappeared off the website and because I couldn't prove it I had to take a different deal which cost me about 10 more dollars which I don't really have that much of an issue with but it left me with a very unpleasant feeling as a customer.)

The service person was so nice. I brought my car in for an oil change, it was a lease, so first one is on the house (which is a big plus)! They also fixed/checked 2 recalls. Job was completed and car was washed in about an hour and 15 mins. I had a cup of coffee in the waiting area. I would recommend Hyundai of turnersville to everyone! Thank you!

My experience with Hyundai of Turnersville was exceptional. The entire process was extremely smooth and handled with the utmost professionalism. The employees were knowledgeable and made sure all of my needs were met.

Went to this dealership a little over a month ago, spent close to $500, on my receipt I was made aware they had inspected my transmission fluid, they had obviously did not. I noticed my car would stall or take forever to speed up and my RPM radar would spike but my car would not move. On my way into work yesterday, I had to pull over twice and almost got rear ended on the expressway because my car would not go. Got into work and my manager and chef looked at my car for me to realize my transmission fluid was actually empty. My manager had to go out of his way during a work shift to go out grab two quarts of transmission fluid and fill it in my car then drove it to make sure everything was in tact. I called this dealership and the woman was no help what so ever I had to ask her if they could look at it and fill it up more for me and she tried to transfer me but no one was available . Honestly, just really upset do not trust whoever is working on your car.

I can't say enough great things about my buying experience. Everybody was very helpful. No pressure. I highly recommend this dealership.

Service here for the most part is excellent. It did take me 4 trips to get my check engine light resolved but once they figured out the problem it was super quick to be fixed.
You are greeted immediately upon arrival. You see your service person and they come get you when its ready.
The drive in garage area make it super easy even if its pouring rain.
The waiting area is sufficient that you can either watch TV....sit on your phone and text or plug in and work on your laptop.
I drive 40+ miles to go to this service center when SP@RT Hyundai is 2 miles from my house.

The service I received was excellent. The wait time was minimal for the service provided and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area.

I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Turnersville! I have no complaints with their customer service or my experience in general. The salesmen are friendly and helpful, especially the one salesman Dominic Onorato. He put me in a brand new beautiful 2017 Elantra! My mom and I will be returning shorty to get her out of her Dodge!

Called on Thursday and spoke to Jen to inquire about a car and see if it was still on the lot. She told me yes but they couldn't hold it so call on Friday night to see if it's still there since I couldn't come until Saturday. It was still there on Friday night. Since I was coming all the way from Delaware, I called on Saturday morning to double ck and was told by Jen that someone else was coming in at 1p to look at the car and if a sale was pending, then they would call me to tell me that the car was no longer available. No call received on my end so I got in the car and drove 1.5hrs to go see what I thought was my new car. When I arrived, they told me that the car was being sold as we speak by the same person that arrived at 1p. Keep in mind, I arrived at 2p. That being said, they tried to sell me another car but a nasty taste was already left in my mouth as they didn't keep up their end of the deal which would have spared me mileage on my old car, an hour and a half plus out of my day once you think about the driving and the time I spent on the lot, and lack of sleep because I work night shift and was coming off of working Friday night. Please do not do business with Hyundai of Turnersville. This was one of the most grimy experiences of my life. If they were up front and told me once they started to make the sale, I may have still came and purchased another car just because of their honesty but they chose to conduct business otherwise. Icing on the cake for me, I received a call on Tuesday to tell me that the deal fell through and the car was still available. I already bought a car elsewhere. #KARMA
