Mr. Overas always very helpful in legal advise. We got my E2 visa five years ago from this firm and still continue all my family immigration matters. However busy schedule of appointment but worth it in long run. Highly recommended this firm.

Always a helpful layer to me & my friends & family , but on other hand everyone have different situation, yes there is a long wait as he always gives you free free consultation ( may be he should charge for consultation like other layers).

How bad and selfish can this firm get? My Aund and Uncle had a case with them, but we transferred to a new firm because the lawyer that was responsible for our case transferred to the new firm, and Hyder and Overas will refusing to transfer our funds to the new firm. Hyder and Overas did nothing for us and still wants to keep our money. VERY SHADY BUSINESS.

Layer ,rude , horrible lawyers especially Jennifer west. when they take the money all the information they told you be changed and they hold the cases months for nothing .
My case took 2 years with them but it should not , when they told me will take 7 months after the first payment they told will take 2 years . Don't even try them .

He is the worst imigration attorony in richmond he meet you at the first then give your case to the trainers in his office he get my case denied cause he didnt responed to the imigration the right way ,and he charged me for a new case

Very happy with our outcome and Mr. Overas' help on our case. Couple things need improvement with his staff. Sometimes I would not hear back from the paralegal and always sensed an attitude with the answers she gave me. Also when our case was approved, we never got a congrats or anything from his office. Very disappointing.

This law office is fantastic. They are professional and timely. We met with the lawyer once and then we were in direct contact with the paralegal, Christina from then forward. She was amazing, responding to my emails same day ALWAYS. She met with us when was necessary and explained the process. She spoke English to me and Spanish to my husband so that we were all on the same page. Legal jargon is difficult for me to understand in my own language, let alone explain it in another!

Getting immigration documents in order is tough under the best of circumstances. The leg work was absolutely consuming at times. This law firm was with us every step of the way and my husband and I are so thankful!
