the room is lovely.. pool side is nice but the pool it self is very shallow.. so if you are looking for a work out the gym is ur best option. staff is friendly and attentive. If you are not a huge eater i would suggest the a la carte menu.. although the buffet has alot of variation how much are you really going to eat...

This hotel was fantastic. We had a ocean view and we felt like we were out on the ocean. Food was great and the staff was really the best.

It's more of a business traveler place but still is a must visit.

Very nice but am not to sure about the staff dey were sum wat Unpleasant and there were one tall white guy who were watching us funny cuz we were a bit dirty frm jouvert....be mindful how u look at and treat ppl we didn't bother to spend any money...POOR ON MANAGEMENT BEHALF!

First time staying at the Hyatt and was very impressed. Very clean and nice staff. Views are incredible. Food was great too. A little on the pricey side. But you get what you pay for. The happy hour drinks and apps were great Only thing I didn't like were the glass showers in the middle of the room and swinging glass door for the toilet. Absolutely no privacy in a double bed room. It was the running joke for the night but we well enjoyed ourselves. Stayed only for one night to end a week long birthday celebration. Will definitely return and this time use the pool.

Excellent service from everyone we came in contact with, complements to the chef for creating a dish specifically for my husband.

Spent the day there at a conference and the service was pleasant, room was somewhat cold for myself and some others but we survived, accommodation was comfortable and food decent.

One of the nicest hotels in the south Caribbean the chef creates exciting dishes. The room are very contemporary with a glass shower in the middle. Dont go if you are shy. Service is impeccable.

Nice big open lobby area. Numerous conference rooms. Nice buffet. Rooms are clean, modern and has nice ocean views.

The food was ok, dessert was great. For a big waterfront restaurant , no halal meats .

Courteous Staff and the veggie Sushi was awesome as well as the salad with pink Salmon( Yummy )

Attended a symposium in the conference centre. Very spacious location. Meals were provided and laid out by a very competent staff

When you wish to feel wealthy, here's a convenient and reasonably priced option.

Very nice service at the door. Breakfast is expensive and quite good, though the yogurt offerings are not so great. Never over-nighted here so cannot comment on the rooms. Had to attend a conference here in 2008 and have no complaints, it's a great venue for big events.

Whatever the occasion be it work, business or recreational pleasure, the Hyatt is the place to be.

My bus partner asked for an ashtray they brought a very used one..Not impressed if its a socalled 4/5 star establishment
