Frendly professional staff, good place for conferences. Spacious rooms and great views

Service is good. Rooms are small, so if you have kids you might consider your options .

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and nice and the food was excellent!

Very friendly and professional staff. The room is clean and modern with some very minor personal faults. Meals at the restaurants are expensive but do not disappoint in terms or taste and food portions.

Beautiful views of the ocean and clean surroundings. The pool is child friendly as well (only about 3 - 4 feet deep) which is a big plus for families.

I highly recommend here more than the other foreign owned hotels in Trinidad.

The service at the hotel is very good. The staff who are particularly assigned to the eatery by the pool are exceptional. The rooms are clean, spacious and reasonably priced. However, the windows need some sprucing up to be able to clearly see the beautiful view outside.

Overrated and I've been here on more than two occasions. Nothing spectacular!

Too many flies. One went in my drink. We were sitting on the outside near waterfront. The waitress n waiter were quite pleasant though.

Rooms were comfy, great view, good service, dinner was disappointing, breakfast was great, the best part was the entertainment by Nigel Rojas from Orange Sky.

It's beautiful, the staff is great and friendly. The room service was a little delayed and hard to get in contact with at night but an overall great experience.

Really beautiful, staff is friendly but sometimes very inattentive. Everything is very clean and the food tastes great but is very expensive. The hotel is perfect for conferences and other meetings and the location is right in Port of Spain which is convenient.

The Hyatt in Port O Spain, Trinidad sets the standard for service,and atmosphere at a hotel. I love coming here. You really are treating with the utmost respect and quality. The morning is a must have when you stay here. With traditional American and Trini breakfasts every morning it is sure to please all who stay and those that want some exposure to Trini's amazing cuisine.

The only downside to this hotel is that they charge for Internet service. As an IT gy, I feel Internet should be public for all without a charge.

If you ever come down to Port O Spain Trinidad, this is the hotel you have to stay at.

I ve stayed here on 3 separate occasions. Beautiful rooms and very luxurious. The view over the gulf can have you staring out the window for hours. And the food is AMAZING!

(I noticed all the negative reviews are TripAdvisor customers. Ordering through a 3rd party service will almost always come with administrative issues and headaches.)

The staff at Hyatt is very attentive and cater to almost your every need. The breakfast is very delicious with a wide selection to satisfy your taste buds. The pool staff were very friendly and hardworking. Thanks to Karen the room was very clean, organized and welcoming. Joshua was very helpful during breakfast. In the area of food and beverage I would say that the alcholic beverages were well made and the food indeed depicted the theme for the night. If any suggestions are to be made I would suggest that the tenders be fried on order like the fries. Thank you Hyatt Trinidad for a pleasant stay.

They need to have the food in two stations or place at least place double servers, as time is of the essence. With that exception service was good. Thank you.

Great place to stay in Trinidad. Always at least moderately busy, and for good reason. The location is prime, the rooms are well designed, and the staff are both helpful and courteous. The wifi is fast. The gym is well equipped; one of the best I've tried actually, and I've been around. Overall, they would do well to maintain the standard they've set.
