One of my favorite hotels to stay in Mpls. There fitness center/gym is awesome

After being recommended by another hotel while out of town, me and my boyfriend were grateful things didn't work else where! Emily was extremely helpful with informing us on things to do around the city and everything else that was included in the stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and if you're looking for a room with a wonderful city view for a great price, this is the one!

The bed was supposed to be a king, it was an olympic queen with Full XL sheets on top. My husband is less than 6ft tall and was longer than the width of the bed. The bed was around 66 inches wide. And so I went down and discussed it with night shift at the front desk. They said they d ask around with housekeeping and someone would get back to me.
They never did. The bed also felt like upholstered cardboard box with springs inside. The tag of the sheets were all at the TOP of the bed.
The room was not stocked well with towels and washcloths and other toiletries. The carpet was stained. There was trash in the drawers from whoever had stayed there last.
The bathroom sink had hair stuck in it.
HOWEVER, I want to note that the guy who checked us in, made sure we could get in the night before our initial reservations and was the only hotel staff that we interacted with that made us feel like a guest who mattered.
And the finale, there were tiny brownish red bugs in the bathroom randomly that would be on the wall and the floor.

For 100$ a night, I would *not* stay here again, even for a convention.

Stayed here for a few days in April 2019 for business. Nice rooms, polite service, good food options (formal dining and the Market) and access to an awesome gym.

This will be my go-to place to stay next time I'm in the area.

Had bday party there. Tue clean up staff (only one gentlema) was kind enough to let the party go on until our actual closeout time even though we had dj issues and most people left. He was professional and understanding

Staff was excellent. No contact amenities dropped off. Clean room comfortable bed. The only thing I would say was price of Market was a little inflated for what you get. Overall great experience

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful view. Rooms are nice. The stay was great. It would be better once things open back up inside hotel.

Absolutely delightful stay. Room clean and comfortable. Didn't even reserve a room with a view but I was given one. One of the strangest things I enjoyed was the size of the bathroom. If you're in town with friends or family it makes morning routines a lot easier. The food from all the dining options were absolutely delightful. The bar was super accommodating, they were able to make me virgin drinks all weekend and priced them appropriately! Elevators are exclusively for guests of the hotel which was immensely helpful since I was in town for a large convention. Parking with in and out privileges can be added onto your room. Smack dab in the center of town with a lot in walking distance. There is also a bike rental nearby if you want to go somewhere a little further without.

Woah! I had the best time ever here! Booked this place for a terrific rate at . I enjoyed this resort and I'm really grateful I stayed here for less than what I generally pay.
