Elegant with kind staff, the room is clean and comfortable

Love it. Very helpful and friendly workers. Although among the old buildings, but the interior very nice, unique and well maintained. Classic finishing is here. Nearer to sea and convenient store only bonuses.

A memorable stay. One of the oldest hotel in Kota Kinabalu but has been very well maintained. Love it!

A great stay. Friendly staff, quick service. Best location in the city, just by the seafront. Amazing sunset views while enjoying evening happy hour at Regency Club.

Rooms: get a seaview facing one, preferably on higher floor. While perhaps not most modern, still well-kept. The suite was I would say even too big, both living room and the bathroom. But certainly comfortable.

Very good Regency Club, very good views to the sea, quick service, good selection of food and drinks both in the morning and evening.

Also wonderful welcome amenity as Globalist: ice-cream in their ice-cream cafe :)

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic spread there are a lot of Hand Sanitizers provided in the Hotel even at the hall way and in the room sanitising wipes also available

The best Buffet Ramadhan in town! Delicious Food! Reasonable price!

Really worth every penny. Stayed for 2 nights, king room with sea view. U can choose to have breakfast as buffet or have them send to your room. Shower is the best, like bathing under heavy rain. Kfc, burger king just next to the hotel. Can have dinner at nearby seaside restaurants too.

The Signature Oxtail Assam Pedas, BBQ Lamb Ribs, plus an assortment of other local and international dishes bring back regular customers over the years.
