Worst experience ever. The demand for tractors is high and supply is low. So they don't care about you. They are above MSRP take it are leave it. I left it and want be back.
We purchased a zero turn lawnmower in 2016 from coastal machinery excellent sales department! We have use this lawnmower solely for our property. Every belt and every blade has been purchased from coastal machinery for the lawnmower. It has been garage kept. It started acting up my husband was in the middle of working on our roof when it stopped working. Your list is way too long. So we made the decision to take it in to coastal machinery Richard already knew two wires had come undone. But he wasn t sure from where. They were two weeks Backed up . After two weeks we received a phone call stating that they had fix the two wires but that the clutch was still not getting power they believe the clutch need to be replaced. So we say go ahead and do it the whole bill was $570! Wow! But once I got the bill and start looking over it this is when I became extremely irritated you would think after purchasing your lawn more from a company that is a mom and pop type shop. Locally owned and operated. That you would be treated fairly. But once we got the bill. They charge $177 to use a properly 4 inches of electrical tape to tape up two hours. They charge more for the labor for that then they did to take the clutch out and put a new one in the labor on it was only 118. They charge $14.16 for cleaning supplies. Yet we saw nowhere where they had clean the lawnmower. And they charge $14.75 for cleaning. Unless you have deep pockets and like to piss money away I will do not suggest you taking your lawnmower to coastal machinery. I feel sorry for any elderly people that are forced to have to take their lawnmower in if they are done the way we were done. This is highway robbery. And you certainly don t feel the customer service at the service department! Highly do not recommend!

IF, you need repairs, I suggest that you use the Kubota dealer in Robertsdale, the Pensacola dealership will rob you blind!!! ROBERTSDALE Kubota has always done me right and I will never use the Pensacola store again once I have my machine back.

I went to Coastal Machinery to find 2 new hub assembly's for a Kubota cutting deck. All that was left of the old assembly was a messed up hub & races & I forgot to take a picture of the model & serial number. The guy's were able to figure out which hub assembly it was & had me fixed up and ready to go in less than 15min. Great bunch of people working there they'll take good care of you.
