Great ambiance, wonderful amenities. The rooms are a bit old and could use renovation

Luxury hotel, very popular with multi cuisine restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Located in the heart of south Delhi.

Clean rooms and nice service.
You should absolutely try the English Breakfast tea here.
Gym is good too for an Asian hotel.

It's was my first time visiting the place . Amazing atmosphere. The crowd was good plus I got a chance to see a fashion event thier.

New Syrah restaurant, high-class Lebanese cuisine, very nice environment, trained and professional staff, excellent food from Chef Mohammed. A staple in Delhi for those who love fine Arabic cuisine. To return.

Issues with check in are a regular feature, repeated requests for single beds not fulfilled. The hotel is centrally located though, and has a decent breakfast.

Good Room service, great staff. Cons: small rooms and pretty old structure. Breakfast was one if the best I've had in hotels. Serving ice cream for breakfast is honestly what I want to wake up for overall great service and friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay there

Good service and facilities but it was really noisy with guests very loud in the corridors...maybe rooms need better sound insulation...

Wonderful experience here. The ambience is amazing they give you the truly feel of a luxury hotel. Moreover staff is very nice and helpful they respond very quickly. Other than that room hygiene is also great they clean your room regularly with very cleanliness.

One thing i would like to mention is the club Olympus which is free for every guest who is staying at hotel. The club has all the facilities like sauna, gym, steam room, jacuzzi, chill pool which are very enjoyable.

We had pre_ordered a Peking duck. Even before we could take our seats, the chef started slicing it. Even our request to settle down by the hovering waiters had no effect. Only when we complained to the manager, did he stop.

One of us were served a dish we never ordered. On pointing it out, the serving lady just took it an adjoining table!

Totally unacceptable from a 5+ star restaurant!

Placed in a heavy traffic area, food is ok, service is also not so good, pricing is not fixed usually charge different every time. Go for other better options Shangri-La, Le Meridien,etc.

Luxury 5 star hotel on Ring Road. Has a convenient road approach and easy to reach from any part of the city. I loved the food here. If a non-vegetarian then you will enjoy the sea-foods. North Indian foods are too good. Nice and courteous hotel staff is a topping on the cake. What more one needs.

The hotel is located in the central location of Delhi from where reaching to any part of delhi is easy including Gurgaon.

It's very near to Bhikaji Kama place metro station. Please make sure you don't exit from gate no 3 as advised by indications at metro station as its considerably long from gate no 3. You can ask metro staff for guidance.

Hotel facilities are very neat and clean. However it will be better if staff shows more warmth when dealing with guests.

One suggestion I would like to give, I took accommodation in Hyatt Regency Delhi with my family for one day. I brought my car there and parking was complimentary if you have the accommodation in hotel. However, I was asked everytime I take my car out for 200/- of Valet parking. I would say that I have a room here, and then again they ask to get the stamping done. It would be nice if they have coordination between parking staff and hotel reception.

Good hotel with nice staff and good food options, but if you are coming to this hotel then be ready to stuck in some traffic as this hotel is in one of the most traffic area of Delhi.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff except for the one person that had to explain to me how Lil 20 rupees was. I rather he asked me how I was doing instead of being unappreciative and wanting to hustle me. Besides this one person I had the best experience from all the other staff. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Extremely small rooms. Old hotel with almost no personal care. Just tick mark hospitality. Not worth the money. They don't take care of anything. Just the outward hello sir experience.

Went to T.K's Oriental grill for Teppanyaki. Excellent food, excellent hospitality. Thai green curry and Jasmine rice were the best that I've ever had Thanks to Chef Vishal and our server Lokesh ..we had a great meal there.

Had an excellent lunch at Cafe . Delicious food and courteous staff. Lobby was cozy and private for post lunch small talk.

Situated in a very crowded place, JW In aerocity is more convenient

Though this is one of the oldest 5star property in Delhi, but still it's in good shape well maintained
Rooms are quite small but it's a good place to stay if you're looking for an hotel option in central delhi
