Hyatt Regency Delhi Review

A absolute delight to stay at Hyatt Delhi. Kudos to the entire team. Definitely worth a stay

The hotel is located centrally in Delhi and close to Bikaji Cama Metro Station with an exit opening up right in front of the hotel gates.

Situated near Bhikaji Cama Place.. Good hotel and hospitality.. Airport is not too far from here.. If you are visiting delhi this is a good option to stay. You can travel almost anywhere in delhi easily from this place...

Very pathetic check inn experience least expected by a so called 5 star ,had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and had arrived at the hotel by 1:30 pm was told as there check inn time was 2 pm they did not have both the rooms ready ,which I was fine with as I can understand I was before their regular check inn time I told them to please make sure both the rooms are ready in an hour that is 2:30 pm (which is half an hour after my check inn time )as I had a meeting with someone at 3:30 for which I needed both the room to get ready and leave to my utter disappointment after arriving from lunch to one room (which keys where give to us upon check inn saying this one room is ready other would take time )at 3:00 pm I was told my other room is not ready as it would take more half an at least that too after calling there so called reception for more than half a dozen times (nobody answers you phone which is shocking).
Would definitely not stay again!!!!!!

Suet is very expensive. In a crowdy place but cool inside. There is too much noise in swimming pool area but the pool area is good. Pool side tea option is there. One tea pot can serve 3 to four cups tea. Cookies are good. Lounge is good.

Food is good. On hospitality side, i would not say that they are great. Parking is an issue there.

Plz never stay here I being a Hyatt member since 2 years is recommending this.

Went for Electro Mobility Summit 2017, which was held in the Ballroom. The hotel has some excellent artwork enhancing the interiors. Very courteous staff make your visit a pleasant one!

As usual, Hyatt has some of the best properties in Hospitality sector and Hyatt Delhi is one of them...

The location is great and easy to locate. This was the first 5 star property where the valet actually asked for a parking charge so that was definitely surprising. The venue and food was great for a business conference. The hotel's bar was kinda cramped and I wish there was more space there.

Old favourite but getting a bit dated now. The F&B is still rates high but the property could do with an interior design update.

All good!! Except Airport transfers, they promise something at the time of booking, but end up giving you a dirty car!
