Hyatt Regency Delhi Review

Not a good Hotel. Old rooms, Front Desk Staff arrogant and not forwarding Complaints to the Management. I have been doing Business with this Hotel with my Company for Years, but this disappoints me and finally I took the time to post this review.

Nice place good location. The buffet has great options but service staff lack organization. Just getting a drink not included in buffet takes forever. One time I was done eating by time received drink. Same with room service does not make since because ton of staff I can only see it as bad operational organization with service staff.

The function was great. Everything was well organized and the rooms were also very comfortable.

Love this hotel. Very secure and very clean. All the staffs are friendly. Their breakfast buffet is great.

The hotel has all the usual trappings of a five star. But the marbled floors in main area are way too slippery.

Visited Hyatt to attend wedding function. Location is at perfect location.Very near to south Delhi. Ambiance is impressive. Food was also good. Staff was courteous, friendly and very cooperative. Had a great experience there. Only thing i didnt like was DJ. Sound of dj in the hall was too loud even at normal volume. Its very difficult to dance on the dance floor which is very near to speakers.

i am running short of words to explain you the service and hospitality of this hotel. truly the service of hotel hyatt is very good to stay at. all the staffs were so cooperative and care taking that they remain always present on every call at any time. hotel has round o clock service. it had very pleasant stay over here and enjoyed a lot. its profound service is really an adorable one. whenever i visit delhi again i will be staying in the same hotel rather than trying a new one.

The hotel staff is amazing here and I absolutely love the breakfast buffet. Beds are so comfortable and the rooms are sparkling clean!

Rooms are neat and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is one of the best and exemplary service from hotel staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Crowded. Painfully slow to get in through the main gate. Avoid if you can.

Pathetic service!! Not sure how the other folks had such great reviews to give...there's a downsized low cost phone in the room and you then dial 0 to get anywhere....if you are lucky, the call may be answered and she may be able to help you....not in my case atleast...

No coordination between front desk and house keeping departments.. if you go and discuss some queries of hotel policies and services..then every front desk member would have different answer.. really it's very confusing..rooms are small but breakfast services and food items are delicious and awesome.... security services at the gates needs to be improved and it looks like hotel security staffs are still living in stone age..pls installed advanced metal detector and devices at the gate..

Restaurants here are famous for good food. La Piazza for Italian and China Kitchen.

Luxe n. Smart hotel and current keeps upgrading not like Maurya or others where business closes for a renovation .hotel was made in 80s expanse missing in that it is not made on huge area like Ashoka ,Maurya or Oberoi other five star hotels.lobby is well designed and space used well

The hall at the ground floor was nice but the arrangement for the buffet was congested which could have been a miscalculation by the host
