Where do I start? I will start positively, the lobby was clean, floors sparkling, fresh coffee shop, great location, Customer service was decent, social distancing ext. Valet parking was $25 but no one to help with bags? Room smelled like mold, must,and moisture, had to keep spraying Lysol the whole time. Dirty floors, had to wear socks the whole time. Dingy curtains and head boards. I m convinced that there is no cleaning being done in between guest stays. Needs serious remodeling. No real breakfast like I m used to at the Hyatt. What happened to the smoked salmon and the breakfast bar? On top of it all, one of the most expensive hotels in that area, the level of service should match the price, otherwise I could have stayed at one of the lower end hotels. Come on Hyatt, let s clean it up, the Hyatt is usually one of my go to hotels. Very disappointed.
