Comfy place, international standards, friendly staff

Nice place, in handy for a short professional event.

This hotel is located right in of hinjewadi IT park and have good stay options. Rooms and other facilities are at par with other good hotels and there is nothing serious to complain about.

Good hotel! The surroundings are colorful but still daunting. Perfectly suitable for a business trip. It was a poor morning. Good evening, varied and tasty. At the beginning of April there is no selection of fruit (it seems that it does not depend on the season)

The hotel is superb . It has a very big and awesome food gallery. The staff is very polite & good. Dishes served by Chef Surendra are simply awesome and delicious ..

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and quick to provide any assistance required. Rooms are well appointed. Nice ambiances, neat and clean rooms. Food was very good and tasty, buffet spread was lavish. Really enjoyed all the aspects of the stay.

Food was good in taste but need to add more options as there was limited options only.

Good place in terms of the competition npresent nearby.

Location is good for nearby companies, comfortable stay and good services.

STRICT NO for anyone who is a vegetarian. Will give them negative rating if I could, and it's enough that I didn't create a scene at that time. We were in Hyatt Place's restaurant for a team dinner (December 2016), and I found out they were frying both vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters (chicken, fish) in the same oil, at the same time. When I pointed that out to the waiter, he just threw away the fried remains of the chicken starter that was in the vegetarian starter plate in the most unapologetic manner - he had no answer. You can never expect such a shameless and unethical act from a place like Hyatt. I very strongly suggest anyone who is a strict vegetarian to never ever visit their restaurant.

Place is good, I have been to this place for parties couple of times in last 4 years and it didn't change a bit.
Nice pool side dinner arrangements.
Food was delicious.
People are nice.
Considering the options price was competitive.
Ambiance is nice and the service was authentic.

I liked the place for all the views and the taste.
Nice locations for functions or parties.

Can be good for office conferences, but informal are way better.

Poor Service on breakfast. Had requested for orange juice or any citrusy juice which wasn't available as per staff. Not more offering on breakfast.

It's a good and nice place to stay. Warm welcome Everytime. I recommend.

They asked me to settle the bill even before we could enter our room. They hadn't even offered us a glass of water at that time.

We booked this venue for Wedding purpose but the service provided is not at all worth it. The hotel is possibly suited only for corporate events and not weddings. I say this because the service expected is not upto the mark.We were there for 3 days but there was absolutely no service provided to us. No room cleaning, no water bottles, no house keeping service for 3 whole days. We had to call the housekeeping multiple times just for a simple request. No towels were changed. The bedsheets were not replenished. Nothing. In top of this, the on duty Operations Manager was very very rude. Using veiled sarcastic comments while speaking to guests, passing personal remarks, speaking in loud and aggressive tone and not at all ready to listen are few of the challenges we faced with the Operations Manager at this property. There have been instance when we were told by the housekeeping team that there is no need for blankets and bedsheets since the room has been sanitized and we can directly sleep on the mattress. We likely had to struggle to get extra blanket and bedsheet for the third person since we had booked triple occupancy rooms. Go to this property only if you want to spoil your event.

It's nice and beautiful. Only suggestion is that they can have more options in their food menu.

Good hotel with maximum facility.
In ramadan month they provide facility of taravi namaz at basement. Which us a nice did.

Business meeting hotel. In a locality where business firms are there so there is a lot of silence and hence peace can be achieved

Due to covid-19 less crowd was there . but it was awsome.

Great hospitality. Service is such a justice to the costs. And the food is so good. You can't resist and finally end up eating a lot more.

Excellent comfortable stay . Spacious rooms .Welcoming Staff . Food & drinks are awesome here a Lil costly though. The facility should have a Spa to make the experience 5/5 . loved the time spent here in the lap of Luxary .

I like food quality, variety and taste. It's a nice place to be here to celebrate anniversary or birthday.

Great place, taste and service! But doesn't feel like 5 star place.

Nice place to stay for corporates. The rooms are large with a comfy king size bed and Lshaped sofa. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Breakfast spread is good.

Mess food is better than this food. Montly mess menu is better than this. I will rate is as -5 but I have no choice . negative 5 is my rating.

Nice place to stay ..most importantly nearer to IT Hub ..

In general everything was good here.
The only thing: the orange juice in the morning.
We had to order it every morning and sometimes it tasted like mixed with water.
The breakfast in general is okay but only a very small part intercontinental.

Went to a restaurant in Hinjewadi hyatt as company team outing but unfortunately dint turn out to be good. Had veg food and was average. Options were not much. Ambience was ok.. not so worthy.

We had lunch and the options were less and the food tasted stale
