Its a great property but the entire guest experience leaves a lot to be desired. The front office staff I guess are tasked to ensure occupancy of all rooms even if the room is a potentially poor guest experience. So even though occupancy is not at peak they tend to consign guests to poorly located rooms that are more like dungeons with poor acoustic insulation. Some of the farthest corner most rooms are near a busy highway and traffic noise filters in. The overall attitude of the staff towards guest experience falls woefully short of the brand. So the insensitivity in sending guests to the dungeon rooms. Quite pathetic really given I have had 5 flights in 2 days and was looking forward to atleast 4 hours of good sleep!! Not recommended at all!!!
