We used at wedding ceremony. There are also services that can be reached in an itchy place, such as payment by card, which is satisfactory.

As you would expect, a 5* hotel located in the heart of Roppongi and Roppongi Hills.

The location is convenient for playing at Roppongi Hills.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. it s a very comfortable place. kindly staffs, clean room, nice view had been enjoyed me.

Convenient location for Roppongi, Azabujuban, and Google office. Clean and bright rooms with luxury amenities and top notch service. Some nice touches I really appreciate as a traveler from overseas: fitness center opens at 5 am for those with jet lag, and you can request a yoga mat for your room. Restaurants seem very upscale, but there are hundreds of alternatives nearby, including Lawson across the street :-)

Absolute luxury. This hotel has unparalled levels of service, excellent restaurants and bars and the most comfortable and modern rooms that I've ever been in. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It is a well-known famous hotel, but you can see many inferior parts compared to the first-class foreign-owned hotels in Tokyo.

The location environment is perfect, as it is directly connected to Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line and the Oedo Line, so access to the hotel is possible without going outside.

The correspondence of the service staff is not bad either, but some of the parts that I feel are not good enough.
Also, the biggest problem with this hotel is the bad customer base. The hotel is not so bad, but I often see customers who are sitting in the ground in front of the lobby or elevator hall and are talking loudly. It is very regrettable.

Also, depending on the type of room used, the floor may be low floor, and even if you choose a room that is wider and more expensive than other rooms, you may not be assigned the high floor. At the time of use it felt that it was correspondence that there was not quite in other hotels.

The location and the low floor do not offer any views and are not comfortable. Even if you prioritize staying in the Roppongi area, there are several other candidates, so it is recommended that you decide your destination after comparing several room types at the same time.

Elegant world class feel. Comfortable room with latest features. Wood floored bathroom. Rain shower. Great fitness center.

We went to buy souvenirs and told us your budget and we were quick to respond and saved a lot of sweets that could be used in business

Didn't stay but ate at the Cafe for lunch. The burger I got was delicious and the coffee was very good but most of the money you pay is going to the classy environment. Free refills on the coffee was a nice plus.

It was the third time I visited, but I remembered my face and had the best service like regulars.

The oak door bar. Still can smoke a cigar and drink . Will become no smoking next year.

If you make an outside call on a room phone, you will be billed for 3000 yen in about 10 minutes. What was the reason for displaying free calls on a smartphone with a room?

We feel the times, and maintenance is not done. Around the water is clogged. The struggling feeling appears in the room.

The restaurant is also excellent, with everything from Japanese food, sushi, Chinese food, Teppanyaki, and Italian.
There is room service from each restaurant from room, too
I am very happy that the meal is good!

If you go by car, there is valet parking and it is very convenient to leave the car as it is
The Club Lounge offers cocktails and cocktails for two hours from 17:30. I will be full
The room is simple but very easy to use
A large bathtub common to Grand Hyatt will be immersed in hot water comfortably

Nagomi Spa has a swimming pool and an esthetic salon, and is a stylish space

This is a fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff are extremely polite. Rooms are really well done, with AMAZING bathrooms and very nice decor. The fact you have numerous dining/bar options within the hotel is a big bonus and the location is great. Overall, there was nothing I could complain about and a lot that 'just worked' for me during this stay,

Love this place. Not as snooty as the Ritz Carlton, and with way better bathrooms, the GH is one of my favourite places to stay in Tokyo.

I always think that the unique tension in a hotel can not be managed. It would be a good hotel for people who can withstand the strict air. The highest ranks of some Hyatt in the city, indeed all is the best. So it is not bad to taste a special time once in a while.

The service quality is good, but the room view is not very good.

I visited for a meal, but it was a short walk from the station, and I rented the toilet on the first floor, but it was a very clean and luxurious toilet. I thought there would be a toilet door close to 4m, so there were hand creams and hand towels like a towel. I thought so.

Grand Hyatt Hotel is amazing, if you have the chance to book a stay, do so.

A 5 star hotel in the middle of Roppongi Ark Hills. It's surrounded by shops and the Mori office tower. It's very well connected to transit routes like the underground metro - Roppongi Stn. The hotel itself has numerous restaurants on the 6th floor and is interlinked to the mall next to it. Rooms are huge even by Hyatt standards and very comfortable.

Amazing hotel, VERY spacious for japanese hotel standards. Room is quiet and comfortable! Nice tub and shower as well. Only issue is fairly expensive, but thats expected from how good of an experience it all is.

Located in the heart of Roppongi gives you a great view of Tokyo Tower and serve exquisite variety of cuisines. Hosting many restaurants in the vicinity and a huge shopping centre right beside it. Perfect for a weekend getaway or business trip.

A beautiful hotel with perfect friendly service. The rooms were simple, contemporary and large for Japanese standards. Make sure to request the top floor (20th) for some amazing views. Supposedly you can see Mt Fuji on a very clear day but we weren t able to.

Check out a few of the hotel restaurants as they re absolutely stunning. The Teppanyaki was one of our favorites and the Oak Bar is a cool spot for a cocktail at any time of day.

As I was injured in the hotel room, I asked if I could give away some of the bandages temporarily.
Well, because a convenience store is near, I went to buy towels and bandages for blood protection and myself.

The room is comfortable. Simple and spacious for business-like. TV of bathroom setting is convenient.

But I can not feel like staying overnight except work.

Great hotel in a boring area. There's amazing darkening shades on the windows, perfect if you need naps during the day.

We stayed at the "Grand Club Lounge" in July 2019. The Grand Club Lounge , which has been expanded, was spacious.
I do not have much experience of staying in a hotel, but what I felt.

About service
There were a lot of staff in the "Grand Club Lounge" and they were very responsive.
In addition, we did not meet people very much even in elevators and were impression that it was very quiet when there were a large number of rooms.
It was also nice to have the water on my bedside table ready before going to bed.

Cocktail time
I really thought it was a snack because of the cocktail time in the lounge, but we were very happy with the number of items and the type of alcohol. There are a lot of pictures ^ ^

And the breakfast is also rich in the types of morning bread.
It may be compared with the hotel's morning buffet etc., which you normally ask, but what you want is ready,
There were two types of fruits, yogurt and Yakult other than food, which made us very happy.

All are spacious because the floor of "Grand Club Lounge" is large. It was not crowded or lined up and it was comfortable.

About NAGOMI Spa and Fitness
After all I was looking forward to there is a gym & pool
NAGOMI Spa and Fitness.
Access to the pool and gym is free when staying, but access to the locker room, spa and massage chairs are free for Grand Club Lounge users only.
It seems that it usually costs 4000 yen without plus tax.

The pool was always open and slow, and the spa wasn't big enough and it was open and comfortable.
Water and fruits, essential to the spa, are available at the massage chair.
And dried fruit etc. were put, and it became possible to have an oyster.
Also, the amenities are different from the hotel rooms!
It looks like an American brand called "KERSTIN FLORIAN", but I particularly liked body cream and body soap.
The gym area was small, but there were state-of-the-art training machines, Technogym machines and Smith machines.

Rooms are still low hotel, so you should not expect too much view. It may be depending on the room, but it was a view towards Shibuya normally ^ ^;

A 10-year-old luxury hotel in the middle of a redevelopment area that won't fade away

As a Roppongi Hills hotel, it offers top-class services. The event hall and the entrance to the hotel lobby are separate, so it is good for the congestion to be alleviated.

A sophisticated urban hotel that I visit occasionally at seminars sponsored by companies. I've never stayed, sorry.

Favorite hotel to stay at in Tokyo. Very centrally located and very easy to get around. Super easy to get here from airport (recommend Haneda!, avoid Narita, it s much farther). The rooms are very spacious with large restrooms and the overall hotel has a lovely and modern aesthetic. Great amenities and decent gym. Rooms smell nice and overall just a really great experience staying here. Lots of bars and options and so close to so many places to eat, go out, and shop! I ve heard it s also the first stop when leaving on the airport limousine bus if you prefer that to the train. HIGHLY recommend staying here!
