Recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with HUUB, having purchased a number of items, bound for Christmas presents. I have had very good, clear, and prompt advice from all advisors that I have been in contact with. They are a knowledgeable and patient group, particularly in respect of my frequent questioning! What is most appreciated is their respectful attitude to discussing issues with a 'non-triathlete' like myself. I am a keen participant in a variety of other endurance sports and certainly appreciate the ethos (and logistics!) of hard workouts in challenging outdoor environments. The team at HUUB are to be commended for their enthusiastic, yet non-intimidating advice, to hard-working amateurs like myself. Well done!
I just thought I would update this review in respect of my experience with 'the whole process'. I ordered quite a number of items, received deliveries, spent a good week or so deciding upon 'who gets what' (several items were sent to Canada as Christmas gifts), sent back a number of items for return, exchanged one item for a different size, and just received this exchange today. Having placed the order on November 18 and today being December 14, I make that about 26 days. Not bad at all! The best thing was that my funds were very quickly returned to my account following HUUB's receipt of my returned goods. Lots of companies offer money-back guarantees, but rarely do they refund promptly, requiring up to 2 weeks. So, five stars again to HUUB for this aspect of their customer service. Thank you very much indeed!
