Recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with HUUB, having purchased a number of items, bound for Christmas presents. I have had very good, clear, and prompt advice from all advisors that I have been in contact with. They are a knowledgeable and patient group, particularly in respect of my frequent questioning! What is most appreciated is their respectful attitude to discussing issues with a 'non-triathlete' like myself. I am a keen participant in a variety of other endurance sports and certainly appreciate the ethos (and logistics!) of hard workouts in challenging outdoor environments. The team at HUUB are to be commended for their enthusiastic, yet non-intimidating advice, to hard-working amateurs like myself. Well done!

I just thought I would update this review in respect of my experience with 'the whole process'. I ordered quite a number of items, received deliveries, spent a good week or so deciding upon 'who gets what' (several items were sent to Canada as Christmas gifts), sent back a number of items for return, exchanged one item for a different size, and just received this exchange today. Having placed the order on November 18 and today being December 14, I make that about 26 days. Not bad at all! The best thing was that my funds were very quickly returned to my account following HUUB's receipt of my returned goods. Lots of companies offer money-back guarantees, but rarely do they refund promptly, requiring up to 2 weeks. So, five stars again to HUUB for this aspect of their customer service. Thank you very much indeed!

One of the reasons i decided to order from Huub was because of their supposedly good customer service. Yet, this is completely unacceptable. They just dont care. After weeks trying to get a replacement for a returned item i have given up on them and requested to get my money back. I just think they dont have customer service at all.

I have recently experienced some of the worst service ever from any company. I have been a keen cyclist for years and eventually decided to purchase some more expensive clothing. So seeing the 3 for 2 offer I chose HUUB. I placed my order for 3 items, waiting 8 days for only 2 to appear, contacted HUUB and explained and was told missing item would be shipped that week. On taking the items home that evening my wife spotted that the jersey stitching was very poor around the left sleeve. So again contacted HUUB and they said return the jersey and they will ship another, returned the jersey and waited and waited and no replacement or missing item sent, also no contact or explanation unless I contacted them first. So I decided to return the only one item I had and ask for a refund. That is a waste of a month. Now ordered castelli bib and jersey from wiggle and received within 2 days and no problems. Start to finish terrible experience.

Update, another member of staff emailed asking could they contact me to discuss in there words the abysmal service I received. So me being me and assuming that someone at HUUB appreciates how poor the level of service was I agreed and gave them my number yet again, so I waited and waited and waited and low and behold nobody has phoned so just confirming my opinions that nobody there cares. Avoid at all costs.

After a while the gent that said he would contact managed to make contact and after a brief phone call highlighting there short fallings to which I appreciate, the gent in question offered me a discount to try there product and after much thought I decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did as the product is brilliant.

Never normally write a review but this place deserves a mention and it was amazing! My son wanted to try open water swimming for the first time and as a beginner I had no idea where to start. Staff at Huub were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in sorting him out with great inormation and in particular the right sizing of the wetsuit. They even offered me a cup of tea whilst they were attending to my son. Wish all retailers were this good!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I bought a wetsuit which is amazing but had slight damage occur during use. Huub fixed the damage without any hassle and returned it quickly. Great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend their wetsuits, the quality is much better than other suits I ve had.

Being new to Triathlon, Huub have offered great help and advice. Their products are fantastic but more importantly their customer service is second to none. I experienced an issue (nothing major) and Huub staff sorted it out instantly. At the end of the day, things happen but it s what people do to resolve issues that really matter. I will 100% make Huub my go to place for all off my kit. Well done team!!!

Great customer service online and via telephone. My order was correct on system and somehow explorer doesn't seem to work effectively with Huub's website. And all it takes: it's an email conversation with a member of staff, and or via telephone for further conversation - and it's resolved.

I believe patience on both sides of the matter is needed here, as we only human. I will use Huub again and again as I've never been disappointed by their products and conduct.

I am waiting to test out the new Prescription glasses.

Got a HUUB wet suit just literally felll apart on its first time out of the bag,
I was competing at the Blenheim tri that hubb sponsor so not a great advert for them.

I would stay well clear of there wet suits look good but totally not up for the job..

This is their head office, but with appointment you can go try for size. i ordered a wetsuit online, but found it was too small (this happens a lot i think). Rolled up to HUUB , knocked and went in...to their head office. They were phenomenal. Tried on a different size at their suggestion, handed back original and waited while they sourced another early-new suit. Ended up getting a brilliant suit at huge reduction with barely a mark on it. This lot, together with their support of the track-bike team, are really what all local companies should be like. I dont deserve the quality wet-suit i have!

Appalling service. Just used their price match promise and was emailed by Lauren to go and buy it from the other website. Register at Sportspursuit.com and get Huub products faster and cheaper than Huub. Don t trust the price promise or sales as the other website is cheaper!!! Clearly Huub have too many customers to want the business. Great products, awful service.

Fantastic suits and amazing after sales service. Got me a replacement suit within a matter of days and in time for a big race. My next suit will be a Huub too and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have just been to the Huub shop in Derby with my husband and purchased a wetsuit, 2 transition rucksack and a mesh pool bag and I have to say the customer service was fantastic, the best we have ever known.
We were served by Richard the manager and the young lady on the reception desk who was amazing whilst I was fitted with the wet suit and told us lots information on care and actually how to put it on.
We would definitely highly recommend this store without any doubt.
We would like to say a massive thank you to Richard and the lady who served us today, you made this one of our best shopping experiences

I ve sat on this for a while. Bought a suit at the start of lockdown and was really excited, huub suits are commonplace and the buoyancy profile was great for me. Communication and delivery was poor but hey it s in a pandemic let s cut them some slack. I wear it for 5 swims, I wear gloves to put it on I follow instructions on pulling up carefully etc... holes and tears everywhere, hips, thighs etc not just under the arms. My old blue seventy is 3 years old and is in a better state than this suit after 3 swims. I am basically told that it s me not putting it on properly and the suit is superior to the blue seventy. I want to say the huub is not a patch on the blue seventy. If this is premium its 2 minutes slower than the inferior suit over 2km. I am into double figures of people who are having issues with Huub suits bought this year 2020. Whether it s cheaper manufacturing I don t know but I will never buy anything from Huub again. I was offered the chance to send my suit back for inspection at my cost which is a joke considering I ve just paid for a premium suit. I ve just had another former team mate have a similar issue with his new top of the line HUUB suit and this has prompted me to post my negative review. I also note that the tone of reviews from around 10 months ago has changed considerably.

I originally went to Huub for a wetsuit because they were a British company and local to me.
I'm so glad that I did this , dealing with Richard was a pleasure. His advice on getting the right suit was informative and helpful. Richard explained that this may take a few times (exchanges) to get this right. Always a problem whilst dealing online but Richard made it very easy , supplying free return's labels and instructions. A small effort for such a masive saving when dealing direct .
I would definitely recommend Huub and will certainly return to them in the future . A brilliant company with quality products and friendly professional staff. Thanks

I Had a large Orca suit for 3 years and wanted a new suit, alway liked the look of the HUUB so decided to give them a try. According to the size chart I was L. Suit arrived , once zipped up it felt very tight across the back - so sent the suit back opting to switch to an XL on the returns sections - had the following a few days later





I have asked my colleague in returns to try and get hold of a photo for me. However this suit could already be sent away for repair as we get this done externally.



their site states : Grade B Suits - Very good condition. These wetsuits will have been used more frequently for sizing than grade A. Will have some fingernail marks or some fading of printing in certain areas. You may get a used ex-rental or pre-owned wetsuit. Some patch repairs may have been made to these suits, all carried out by our specially selected company.

I was told the suit has nail marks which aren t always noticeable. When asking for a pic I was advised the suit was sent for repair - Grade B suits they state nail marks are to be expected , if now being sold as grade B and only has nail marks why send for a repair... it didn t make sense.

Pretty glad they missed I wanted an exchange not a return, think I was lucky there -also by sorting google review by most recent I can see people having issues with quality , I do think as it was a Black Friday deal was I genuinely sent a brand new never worn suit or was it one that had been used for fittings in the past.

This is a fantastic website, i wanted some sliders delivered for my son quite urgently and they were kind enough to despatch within 24hrs by courier at no extra charge, thats A1 customer service. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and the fact you can can hold of people and get results, WELL DONE BRILLIANT SERVICE!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and communication with Huub!!
Returning a trisuit by recorded delivery due to an error on their behalf and promising to get a new suit out before my event tomorrow (2nd June 2019) thanks to you poor service i am unable to take part with out a trisuit. For such a large company you think they would look after genuine customers who have spent an absolute fortune on all HUUB triathlon gear!

In my experience the craftsmanship on the wetsuits from this brand seems flawed - within a relatively short time all the suits I have bought from them have developed structural defects (significant seam issues). Sizing was in line with guides and care guidelines were followed. Hasn t happened with any other brands I have owned
