Best wholesaler in town, if you're not running a business or at least not serious about it go to someone smaller. If you plan to have 10+ quantities in everything you order they will treat you great. 5/5 for pricing, sales staff and inventory.

Took over a week and still did not get my products shipped out. The billing department started my charge I saw it on my card and then it was removed later on for no reason whatsoever. There was no continuity between the customer service desk and billing. And customer satisfaction was not at all a priority. I went to their competitor and bought my connectors, they shipped out the same day. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future

I am very surprised at the lack of responsiveness. They misquote lead times and you will spend no less than 45 minutes on hold. Will not work with this vendor again.
