Excellent deal on a new Silverado. Chad and Craig went beyond all expectations in helping me find the perfect choice for a new truck. They worked hard to sell me what I wanted, not what they thought I should buy. Will work with them again.

My husband Michael Ramsey and I had our car serviced at the Victory Chevrolet Buick dealership in Milan on May 28th. Right away we were greeted with smiles from Rodney Roman who was eager to assistance us. The service was awesome. We felt real good from the beginning that he was there to service us and take care of our car. He not only changed our oil, but we had another problem with our seatbelt not retracting. He took care of it and shared with us the problem. He also did something else for us that was unusual for a care dealership. He checked out our tires and shared with us before the cold weather set in we needed to purchase new tires. He did the research with his business and gave us a print out of how much the tires would cost and the quality of the kind of tires we needed for our vehicle. What he didn't know was my husband and I had already did our research about purchasing tires by September. The information he shared with us was right on point. The price was bout $30 cheaper. My husband and I decided that we are going to purchase our tires from you. When we left the dealership in Milan my husband and I was well pleased with the service we received from Rodney Roman. Thank you Rodney for your kindness, your expertise of service, and for going the extra mile. Looking forward to seeing you again in September if not before.

Had to purchase a brand new headlight when only the bracket was broken while the vehicle was still under warranty. Also for the past year I've always been able to get a loaner whenever vehicle is being serviced and now that's no longer an option. Having to take time off work for routine maintenance is joke. They upsell free oil changes with a purchase but fail to tell you that these can only happen at their dealership and whenever you stop by or call for an oil change the service department always tells you they don't have time for an oil change today so you go else where and pay full price for one.

What more can I say than Outstanding Service I had a strange vibration in my car,, they couldn t recreate it. They asked if I could show them when it occurs. I love that they spent the time to do that. I was able to recreate it and they knew exactly what it was. Gave me a loaner car and the next day it was fixed. My car was washed and and parked up front. Amazing service and I appreciate them going the extra mile

We had a Michigan pothole destroy our tires on US-23 nearby. We are from out of state on vacation. The car had to be towed there at 5pm on a Friday night. Their staff did all they could to help us get back on the road. Even got tires from another location and stayed late. The staff was kind, polite, and helpful. Grateful for all their help and went above and beyond just service.

Our salesman was enthusiastic, outgoing and willing to go that extra mile to make us happy. We had left one dealership feeling dismayed because we were not given a lot of options and made to feel as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to do business with them. (How cocky can you get?) We left that dealership and went to see A J GREER at Victory Chevrolet in Milan. Ohio. We called about 45 minutes ahead to let him know we were coming. When we arrived, He was standing outside waiting for us. Called us by name when we walked up to the door. Now, that's great salesmanship. To sum it up, We purchased a nice car and we didn't break the bank. Everyone at Victory Chevrolet treated us like family and were glad to see us! Overall a Great experience. Like going to visit a long lost relative!!

Went in for an oil change and a tire patch. Maintenance told me tire leak was from a bent rim. $189 to repair. I couldn't afford that. Went on my own to buy a rim and have it mounted and balanced. Still cost me $100 and time away from my vacation. Tire was still leaking. Went to local tire shop and they found an OBVIOUS HOLE IN THE TIRE IN LESS THAN A MINUTE. I wasted time and money because of YOUR service department. You lost my business and I'll be sure to warn others.

I was VERY Happy with the service done on my car BUT they sold my contact information to every extended warranty company out there and I DID NOT APPROVE of this!!!!!! You have great workers in your repair area and offer great service but if that is what you want to do with my personal information you have LOST me as a customer forever!

My experience with dealership was not bad, at least when dealing with the salesman. He was very professional and did not try to give a car outside of the range that I wanted to pay. They even let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to see if we liked it. The problems came when we went to buy the vehicle. First off, when we were given a breakdown of the total for the purchase of the car, and it was almost $1000 higher than what was on the website. He said that it was a mistake and he fixed it. Continuing to look, we saw other add-ons such as GAP insurance, and some extended warranty we did not ask for. Again, I told him I was not interested and he took it off. Finally, I was happy with the total. Before going into purchase a vehicle I had gotten approved from a third party loan, hearing that car dealership loans are often higher. I gave them that information for the loan and waited them to write up paper for me to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. When I went back to sign, I saw that my APR was twice as high than with the bank I was financing with. They had told me that they ran through and found me a better deal. When I showed them the deal they look dumbfounded and acted confused. I told them I was not going to sign for a loan with that APR and they continued to try to belittle me saying, "Its only what, like $10-15 more a month?" They pushed the blame on the bank. I told them I would call the bank and see what was going on.

After talking to the bank I found out that they had given them incorrect information, such as the amount of my down payment, term length, and value of the car I was buying which is why the APR had been higher than quoted to me. After I talked to the salesman, he again apologized for the mistake and agreed to sell the car with the loan terms I had be quoted. At that point, I decided NOT to buy a vehicle through them

My tip for anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is to take a close look at all the numbers they are giving you for the purchase of the vehicle, look online to make sure prices match. Make sure if they put on extras into the quote that they are extras that you want. Finally get approved by a third party. While $10-15 a month might not seem like a lot, its an extra $1000 bucks out of your pocket and into the dealership.

I have visited this dealership twice within the past year for vehicle purchases and was impressed with each visit. My sales guy, Joe and Dealership Managers, Chad & Brandon, were awesome to work with. They took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. I will always refer family and friends to this dealership because of the outstanding service that I have received.

I always get the red carpet treatment with each visit and love it. Thanks everyone !!!

Looked at 2017 GMC sierra that is still on the lot now! Metallic blue crew cab had a dent in the driver door they said it would be fixed did a poor job so I declined. Went to get my check that was meant only to hold the truck and they had cashed it. Had to sit there 20 min and wait for them to cut me a check!

While ultimately I should have read my contract better they slipped in items I specifically told them I didn't want. I specifically stated I didn't want an extended warranty or gap insurance. Both were added to my loan for an extra $3,500. I was already 2 hours late for work and didn't do my due diligence.
I originally leased the vehicle which was a demo. When I called the sales person and told him the car was covered in dog hair and dirty inside they offered me a Visa gift card. 30 days later I spoke to the sales person about the card. 20 months later I never received it.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible I spoke to associate on the phone and it was a come on. They said they cant do that. Sales guy said she lied . It is her job to get us in the door. Then they can try to sell face to face. I went to Spirit Ford now I am the happy driver of a 2020 F150 thanks for the lies Chevrolet.

I dealt with Bratche (pronounced like Brad with a "ch" at the end, I mispronounced it many times) in service. He was really good to me. They will get all my service biz for as long as he's there. One of the mechanics, a dark haired guy in his 20's, was also really nice and very knowledgeable. I don't know your name, buddy, but you're an A+!

I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. After scheduling an appointment well in advance at 730 am I had to call 3 times before I was told my vehicle hasn't even been looked at (at 5pm). Not treated very well for being the "customer."

Overall a positive experience with purchasing new 2019 Chevy Malibu. However, sales manager and finance manager have to take more time and do a better job of explaining all the optional products being added to the contract such as prepaid maintenance, US Warranty Service Contract which I assume is an extended warranty??? No documentation provided for either one. GAP coverage should also not be verbally sold to the buyer as a 'must-have' if the contact itself clearly stipulates it is an optional product. I still don't know whether tire and wheel insurance is included and as part of which of these optional products.

I recently lost my daily driver and was in quite the pinch for a vehicle. I stopped at Victory Chevrolet Buick because of the very attractive inventory and prices and I was helped by Garrett Murphy, who was fantastic! He answered every question no matter how obscure and made me feel comfortable about my payment and the vehicle rather than pushing for a sale. Definitely a great first real car buying experience, I'll always recommend VCB!

I have no confidence in Victory Chevrolet's service department. While installing a tonneau cover on my new truck, they left scratches down the side as well as in the bed, not to mention bits of popcorn in the bed. I decided to get a bed liner to protect the bed from further damage. On their first attempt, they did not even screw it down to the bed. When they were finally finished, my new bed liner in my new truck was covered with dirt and muddy footprints.

We are always so happy with the service here, no matter what we are in for. This visit was only in for a rountine oil change/tire rotation but I thought my speaker sounded funny, so they did a tone test and checked that out for me too. It was fine. Also I had my 4 yr grandson with me and he brought a little train set to play with while we waited , when our serice guy asked "was there anything I wanted looked at or done today" before taking my vehicle, my grandson showed him his train set and asked he coukd he fix it, the cars keep falling off the track..so he took a look at it and 'fixed' it for him. The service team here is just awesome! They are just friendly , down to earth yet very professional, trusting people. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else..or my train!

Excellent transaction buying a used car. Salesperson Maryann Bringhurst is the go to salesperson. Fast and friendly and knowledgeable. Found the car on the internet, typed in my info, she promptly called. My wife and I drove there, took the car for a test drive. We loved the car! It's ours now. Easiest auto purchase I ever made. Fast, convenient. Thanks to all that made this happen!

I had recently went through their website to see if I could get a quote on my 07 Cadillac. I was surprised at how fast they responded to me and I ended up going in the day after because the weather was bad. I came in looking for a simmular luxury car that I could be comfortable with my hour drive to work. My salesman Rick ended up showing me a lacrosse they had. I drove it and loved all the features on it plus how easily it connected to my phone. We went back in to do some paper work and JC made it smooth and easy to understand. I plan on going back for my next vehicle in the future because of great the service was.

I would recommend taking your business somewhere else! Sales team was good but that was all that was good. If you want a place where they will screw up your paperwork for your car multiple times this is the place to go. Horrible service! They need a new manager!

THIS TEAM WAS TOP NOTCH! After having buyer's remorse with purchase of a van (I am 4'10") at another dealership, this team went over and above to make sure I left comfortable, safe, and happy in a vehicle the was right for me. They truly wanted to help us with the unfortunate situation we were in. My husband also traded in his high-mileage vehicle. With many factors involved -- my height/comfort, 2 trade-in vehicles, finances, amount of miles we drive, 5 kids, and much more -- Chad, Candice, and AJ did anything and everything possible to make sure we left in two vehicles that fit both our lifestyle and our budget. Chad made everything happen; Candice made sure that I was happy and comfortable; and AJ made sure that we had the right cars, while crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's. After many weeks, lots of test drives, questions answered, and making sure there was not doubt, we left happy and more than pleased with the end result. I came in in tears and left laughing! They were also excellent with my daughter, making sure she had enough popcorn and water, and even making sure she felt important in our decision. The entire staff was always friendly, engaging in conversation, and even praying all worked out in the end. This is the first time we have ever had such a trust in a dealership since this mistake happened a month ago with the initial purchase of the van. Everyone was so patient, understanding, kind, and extremely caring. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicles and will tell our family and friends to visit Victory Chevrolet Buick for their next purchase. Many, many thanks to Chad, Candice, and AJ for their hard work and dedication to making sure we were both happy -- you guys are the best!!! I had avoided even trying to purchase a newer vehicle because there always seemed to be a problem: the down payment. I seemed to never have enough money that would decrease the monthly payment. However, Victory Chevrolet Buick (VCB) stay in contact with me by email until I decided to try. I received an email telling me whom I would talk to on the day I chose to go, and when the day came, I went, and I am so glad I did. I spoke with Wynter Kniffen, New and Pre-Owned Sales Specialist and she was ready to help me. My 2013 old car (six years old and only 40,000 miles) was assessed and I was given enough to pay it off. Then, I looked at SUVs. I am a Chevy fan, and I wanted a Chevy Equinox, not only because I liked its look, but because I am handicapped and needed higher seating. It was great and I got in and out of it easily. I wanted the 2019 Equinox but did not qualify without a large down payment. At any rate, I discovered that the 2019 did not have some of the features I wanted, so I am glad now that I did not get it. I did get a newer vehicle with all of the features I wanted and the mileage was approximately 26,000. After all of the paperwork, etc., with Wynter, I saw Finance Manager DJ Carnes and he was so helpful, making sure I understood the paperwork, etc. I walked away with a Chevy Equinox that just suits me. I was so excited that I told my daughter about VCB and two days later, she made an appointment with Wynter, and was able to purchase a newer vehicle, a Chevy Trax, with her old car as a trade in, and no money down. VCB is not the usual car dealership where people and their needs seem to get lost. They know that people are usually a bit nervous about purchase a vehicle, and they are there to help and to make it as easy as possible for people to purchase excellent vehicles. I thank Wynter and DJ for their uplifting manners, and I know the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I will recommend no other car dealership to family and friends but Victory Chevrolet Buick in Milan, Michigan.
